Travelled to Birtley Store Today as purchased from the old company previous. Staff are brilliant Spoke to 2 of them. . Went to order and told £15 delivery. I commented thought it was FREE on orders over £70 informed that was only applicable to online orders. WAKE UP MAN......HELLO ..... ARE YOU LISTENING
ONLY DUE to your staff I will return with my laptop and with their help order online. My initial order will only be around £150 but my family have lots of further projects. You could of lost me forever.
Scrap your delivery charge. YOUR STAFF WON THE SALE not your website I guess when you do the analisys you will say this was a WEBSITE SALE.... SO WRONG this was a shop sale due to excellent staff.

One star as it is now seven days since placing order, order value qualified for next day delivery and still waiting seven days later. Have emailed twice to get an update on my order and not a single word form One Stop Cladding.
All work on new bathroom for my wife who has Parkinsons is stopped awaiting my order.

Fantastic product
