A brilliant service from Jason - needed a replacement boiler and Jason was able to get this done very quickly. Communication was fantastic throughout the process.

I couldn’t fault Jason at all. From the very beginning, when I first requested quotes for the work he was prompt and clear with the pricing and gave me confidence that I was dealing with a professional outfit. We agreed a day and he turned up promptly on the agreed day and even let me know an ETA beforehand. Jason was clean and tidy with his work and kept me up to date at all stages of the process. He was friendly and knowledgable, answering any questions I had. I certainly won’t hesitate to use him and One Stop again in the future. Thank you Jason!

A great company

This is the second time I have used this company through Trustatrader and MyBuilder. Jason gave me advice by text about the installation in my new cooker. Then sent me a quote for the job, followed by booking a time convenient for me. Jason text me to let me know he was on the way. Despite being met with a hostile neighbour who became aggressive due a parking situation, Jason handled the issue calmly. He continued to honour the booking and job even though I could see this incident had caused him some distress. He talked me through the installation and only singled off the job until I was completely satisfied. One Stop Plumbing & Heating are always professional, thorough and clean. 
Would highly recommended them to anyone!

Job was well explained . All my questions, how ever silly, were attended to and answered with patients. All work was on a proper invoice , with explanation of costs and well prepared . They came before to check system , advise on and explain what have to be done in plain language, that I was in desperate need of as I'm hopeless with plumbing. The most important thing for me was that they were always honest and did not want to just sell me something . I spent more on the job because I wanted to fit in some extras for the system , not because they were shoving it into my face . Jason was very plain and honest about what need to be changed in my heating system and what can stay . He accommodate my request to do whole job at once , so one day only , as I could not take more time off from work . He did not hesitate but just sent me deferent dates that he can bring more people on the job and do it in the time frame needed. Lovely , professional guys that cleaned after themselves very well and left only a good mood . Jason could have maybe better music taste but that's a matter of opinion ;). System works great after this couple months now and could not recommend them more.

We have used OneStop a number of times from boiler services to fixing or replacing leaking bathroom appliances and radiators. Gives fixed quotes in advance and turns up when agreed. Would recommend.

Clean , quick , open and professional. Used Jason before, was as good then would and will continue to recommend and use myself.

Great service and friendly engineers. So happy with the thermostat thy fitted, our boiler service and the advice they gave us. The engineers quickly got on with the job in hand and tidied up afterwards. Trustworthy, professional and great communication... I can't recommend them highly enough!

Although Jason the engineer couldn't oblige with a nonfunctioning boiler, as he was about to enter fatherhood!!
he was able to talk me through a common fix and hey presto!... We have hot water again and heating. What a star and what a service!. We will definitely get them in to look after our heating mechanics in the future.! 😊
