I needed help setting up my equipment and a rep took time to walk me through the setup. They are kind and patient when I call and the one time I had an issue, it was resolved quickly.

I've been using One Step GPS for several years now, starting with their GPS tracker, and recently upgraded to their dash cam with GPS tracking. My experience across both has been nothing but positive. The original tracker was reliable and did exactly what I needed, and the upgrade to the dash cam has been a great addition with even more functionality.

What really stands out is how easy everything is to use. The setup is straightforward, and the system just works without any hassle. The dash cam offers solid recording capacity with automatic cloud uploads, which was a big factor in my decision to upgrade.

Customer support has also been excellent. Anytime I've had questions, their team has been quick to respond and helpful in walking me through everything so I understand exactly what I'm getting.

I have been using One Step GPS for years. It is easy to use and has been beneficial. Great product and worth every penny.

Device doesn't sink. It never knows when 8m coming or going. Almost always leaves me in driving for days at a time so then I'm illegal but not really.

Company tells me to reset stuff, log off then back in. Nothing works. Definitely wouldn't recommend this or any eld device as they all are exactly the same.

Fantastic value for the money. I began using One Step for my Turo I was renting out. Then I switched it out for the rest of my shuttle fleet making I airport runs that was shuttling passengers just because it made more sense. Now that my business has closed shop I use it as a Lo-Jack for my 4x4 pickup. This is an important tool living in central Texas because these vehicles are targets for border running coyotes using them for illegal crossings.my insurance company loves that I’ve taken this added proactive step of security as well. And at $14.95 a month, it helps me sleep better at night.

I manage a small fleet dedicated to one customer. OneStep has made my life so much easier because the live GPS function allows me to always know where our tractors are without being tied to a desk. In addition, the history function allows me to show my customer when a truck arrived and departed from a particular stop.

I became aware of the One Step after a family member who had it got their car stolen. We tracked it straight to the thief’s home and called the police. I was in a huge mall and forgot the entrance I used coming in. Looked at my One Step app and instantly realized my location and the fastest way to my car.

I use One Step GPS for my Turo fleet. I have been a client for almost 2 years. I started with a couple units an kept adding. This is a great product for my business. I do not need to constantly track my fleet but for sure I am interested to locate any car when needed and I also get notification when a guest does fast acceleration or har braking. The system has much more capabilities but I only get what I need. I have many stories to share but having this device in my cars saved me enough money on several occasions. I recall 2 separate similar incidents where a guest gets arrested for speeding or something else and I manage to locate the car and release it from storage lots before it gets a lien and auctioned

The service overall is good. If there is an issue with a device, they send a replacement. Customer service can customize the settings on the units.

Never got the three units to work. Still being charged can’t cancel

For a Tech based company, their service is excellent and literally no glitches for me for almost 10 years now. Also, their customer service is easily accessible, with a live human being. That's very important to me.

We have used One Step for a couple of years. The service is 100% reliable. It allows us to see where our vans are at all times, and allows us to have windshield views along with inside vehicle views. We have had a couple complaints on drivers exceeding the speed limit, etc., and we are able to bring up video and see if the complaint was on target so it can be addressed with our driver.

The site works great,easy to track the trucks,and can do different reports if wanted. We really like the fact of no contract, and the set price per month is fair. Just send the device back when your done with it. No pressure on sales part, very easy to add another device. Have been with them now for 2 years plus.
