The team at OneScales are amazing!

The value from the Youtube content is so amazing and saves me hours of tech research. I contacted their email for further help setting up my email/troubleshooitng and Ori could not have been more helpful and even followed up to make sure my tech issue was 100% solved. I'm so grateful and I'll be recommending Onescales to everyone I know when it comes to tech help!

Great support.
I was installing one of their “tools” for Shopify. And everything worked fine. And they make it so easy since they have written instructions and even a walk through video on how to integrate it into your shop. I mean **** for a free tool **** what already great service.

But then it gets even better, I run into an issue not related to their code but Shirley an out my browser and safety settings. And I’ll asked if they could help me with that. I said something in a video comment and the very same day that answered in the video channel to send them my website link - I send it via their support website and not even two hours later I got a note saying reinstall the code we have added an extra button.
Wow - again I am not a subscriber I don’t own code from them - it’s all a free goodie tool. And what a service. Can not imagine what they do for their paying clients!

I had been going around in circles trying to find a clear and precise answer to some Cloudflare 301 redirect questions I had (given their page rules are now deprecated).

One of the most helpful videos I found on YouTube was by One Scales but I had already wasted a lot of time online searching to no avail, I was on a time limit and needed answers specific and relative to my situation.

I sent One Scales an email out of desperation rather than the expectation of a reply, but I received one and, it contained all of the answers I needed.

Ori gave me detailed guidance and explanations and even checked my redirects to see if they were working correctly.

I now feel confident carrying out this process myself. So, I have learned a valuable lesson, as well as making a good contact.

I would highly recommend One Scales if you need any advice!
