OnesafePC is good softwhere i us it one yeard on my personnal PC and i belive it was efficiant to help me into the PC maintenance . but i by it 10 Euro and now they ask ne 36 euro to have it one year more so Buy Buy

Unlike my other Chat experiences where on start immediately we are bombarded by rows and rows of FAQ look-alike pre-scripted text hoping somehow that it solves the problem we are seeking help for! In OneSafe's case, immediately there was a person on the Chat who was absolutely responsive to all my queries and responded very promptly. I was having sudden and serious problems with a 4 year old Windows 10 (updated) PC. With no obvious reason, I was getting several different BSOD errors. In doing research, I found that driver issues could be the fault. I bought and installed OneSafe and did a variety of scans/downloads/installs. In doing so, I found more than a dozen out-of-date drivers which the software replaced/updated. The result was a much better running, secure PC.

After making the purchase, there was no real need to have made it at all. Just a scam that I fell for and while I could have applied for a refund, felt that after running it once on my computer it would not be ethical to request a refund since I had failed to fully investigate my PC problems prior to the purchase. Lesson learned.

My wife used the computer and joined trustpilot , my wife passed away last year and I have no knowledge of what she had. I don't use it much and have no computer skills.It seems silly to pay for something I don't use.

I have used Onesafe software for a few years and I am very happy with the product.

I would definitely recommend this. I was having major memory problems on my pc and this did the trick. The main benefit is that it clears the residual files left behind.
