17/11/2025 - paid pulse disappearance
UPDATE 17/11/2025
Apart from the usual paid notifications continuing and immediately getting "pulse closed" when attempting them, since 12/11 I haven't had a single notification for/or completed a paid pulse! I get the distinct feeling that l will have to complete multiple unpaid ones before being "rewarded" with a paid one, but as I said in a previous review, completing 10 (or very often, more than) unpaid ones to every paid one makes the effort/£ ratio completely unrealistic.

It would take a lifetime to reach the twenty dollar mark before you can cash out. The 2.2 cumulative review of this app say it all. Delete or better yet avoid.
Can’t access my cash out
Trying to cash out my second lot of rewards and I keep getting a code of PPBOR. Having tried customer support team I’ve been advised that they don’t support my IP address and suggested that I’ve used a VPN which is incorrect as I’ve never had a vpn on my device. I cashed out end of May with same device without any problems whatsoever. Very unhappy with this situation. To not get my cash out after spending a lot of my time gaining the amount does not sit with me. Having seen several reviews saying the same thing I am starting to think there is something not quite right here

Never had a problem with this app
Never had a problem with this app. It can take a long time to earn the minimum $20 to cash out but that’s just how it works.
I enjoy their numerous but short surveys. I figure if I can continue to make some extra money each year then I will take. My expectations are low because this app works the way it works.

Since day 1
I've been a day oner. It took a while to level up and to earn more per Pulse but once I did, I make 35cents per Pulse, which for a three question quick servey, sometimes 6 or 9 a day if I make it in before the quota. I cash out $20 a month, instant cash out to PayPal.
And yes I have the issue with the PayPal connection being down and not being able to cash out EXACTLY at 30 days, it usually gets fixed within 48 hours.
Customer service always replies.

Do not recommend this app at all avoid!!
I really liked this app in the beginning the pay outs are small and you have to get to $20 before you can cash out but the surgery’s took less than a minute so I didn’t mind. After taking months to get to $20 I try to cash out and get an error code PPBOR and it says to contact support via email which I do. It says they come back to you within 2 hours this is a lie it took them over a day for them to say it’s because ‘I have used a VPN and the system thinks my ip address is in a country not supported which they can’t over ride’
First of all I have never used a VPN whilst using the app I do have a VPN on my phones to use to watch movies in other countries for example but not once has it been used on the app. Second of all what kind of system do you have where you can’t override it if given proof? I was told ‘just to wait a couple of days as the system usually sorts itself’ however it’s now been over 3 days and still getting the same message. I have emailed customer service several times since and I’m just being ignored.
So long and short don’t bother wasting your time it’s a complete scam and they do not want to pay out.

Can't log in after I was logged out...keeps giving oops something went wrong message... it's so annoying
You can only cash out $20 once a month
You can only cash out $20 once a month. That is, if you get enough surveys. I've taken surveys and not gotten paid for them. Several times I am $1 away from $20 for a week with no surveys in site. You'll cash out every 2 months if you're lucky.
Edit: After being on this app for about a year, I have been suddenly logged off (not by me) and I cannot log back in...it does not 'recognize' me. Frustrating because I was very close to another $20...imagine that! Waiting he hear back from support.

Can only withdraw $20 every 30 days
Can only withdraw $20 every 30 days, that is if the app allows you to.
Today, I can't as the message is stating the communication with PayPal is down, this is not a one off issue, it happens frequently, yet one pulse doesn't seem to do anything to fix the issue
Ugh! 'PayPal connection down' again!!!
As this has been a known issue (since 2014 from the earliest review I have seen online at Reddit) why have your tech team not resolved this in 10 years?!
You just don't want to pay out anymore!
It was so much better when we reached $5 and could cash out. Now you make us wait until $20, but then we still can't cash out until 30 days have passed since our previous cash out, but even after that, we still can't cash out because of PayPal issue which isn't even an issue with PayPal but with OnePulse not wanting to pay out!
By tomorrow (Monday July 29th) I will have waited 39 days since my last cash out!
Please sort this and let us redeem after 30 days has passed. You're just dragging it out longer and longer. You will have less customers soon due to this, so you'll be saving money anyway!!!! So pay us!
No Pulse for This Site
This site is either phony or else defective. Twice in less than a week, I completed surveys but did not get the credit points for them. That's one too many for me, in so short a time. From now on, I'm avoiding them as twice bitten, three times NO WAY!!

Great cashed out $20 after about a month of doing the surveys. I also won a $10 bonus for a quiz of the week which is great. Ultimately I really like there app and. Advise if your looking to make odd bits of money then it’s definitely worth it 🩷
Easy and simple
Despite some crashes , problems occur always delayed the 30-day payments , it’s an easy and simple app to earn some extra pocket money.
No support at all
It's so difficult to collect the money, and when it's time, it appears this message. Oops, the PayPal connection appears to be down right
now, please try again
It has been 2 two days since I asked for support, but there no answer. It's not the first time last time I thought it was a mistake, but it's another way to let you redeem when it is time
Plus, you can redeem once a month, so with this, they moved your date further. Nice scam
A lot of bugs and crashes
If you update your phone the app will always crash. It’s impossible to do any survey because it closes automatically when you click on the notification. Horrible.
Very satisfied.
I would like to change my last review after having the problem solved I have no more problems with the app I'm very satisfied with the help and how the problem was solved.
Account hacked someone else cashed out $20
Can believe I have spent a month completing surveys just for someone to hack my account, cash out out my money before I could. The fact that someone was able to change my PayPal email without notifiying me is unbelievable. How safe is my data on this app?
Maybe there shouldn’t be such a wait for you to credit payment after the survey has been taken and I would have been able to cash out straight away. I hope you refund my money!

Not paying out at all today
Not paying out at all today. Must have completed about 7 paid pulses today at 40 cents and I've been stuck at $13.23 all day. Just not fair. If you offer the paid Pulses and I complete them, why are they not showing in my balance???
Great app.
I'm satisfied with this app it'll pay you 20$ for you're time the thing is once you cash out 20$ you'll have to wait another 30 days to cash out another time.
