I have never dealt with such an amazing online seller in my entire life. Your order is packed immediately and you have your tracking number and notice of shipment within a couple of hours, fantastic service. More importantly, they have a telephone number where you can actually speak to somebody. I had a password issue about six months ago, called them, spoke to a very pleasant gentleman and it was sorted in 2 mins. I did comment on the phone that their service was second to none and was told "Thank you so much, we really do value your business." Their coconut eliquid is lovely too. Would highly recommend this company 👌

Great company received my third order now …ordered late evening Sunday arrived Tuesday great choice of liquids and for one pound you can’t go wrong if you don’t like any of the liquids no great loss you only lost a pound. Have been trying most flavours my fave is coconut. Liquids area lot cheaper than where I used to purchase in fact I can get five pound liquids for the price of one from another retailer…!

I've been a customer with these guys for years! Their customer service is amazing... Every time I've had to contact them they are speedy efficient polite and great customer service. Parcels have always arrived within a day or two and any issues are sorted straight away. They also send leaflets about their staff with interesting facts and I think they are a nice touch. Overall great quality and great price... Happy customer

Quite possibly the worst liquid I've ever tasted harsh and no flavour with dry hit. Absolutely awful would definately not recommend

Joke of a company, my first order was lost in the post, though I received no dispatch notice for the order, contacted them and they claimed to have sent a replacement, again no dispatch notice, so I asked if a replacement had been sent, to which I received a very short and blunt response blaming Royal Mail delays.
Here I am 3 weeks later no products and out of pocket. Avoid at all costs. Or like me incur costs.

I've placed quite a few orders and they have all been delivered correctly and really very quickly.

I've tried a few companies and these have the best flavours by far but also the best value!

I like their website - particularly being able to re-order and edit a previous order. Everything is easy to find; the descriptions are informative; and it's easy to place orders.

I've tried quite a few different flavours and I've liked them all! Happy to buy more knowing I will get good service - thanks!
