Horrendous customer services
Horrendous customer services. Package arrived and all Pringle pots contain smashed crisps so much so that moving the pots sound like rain sticks. When contacting the customer services they told me they will not do anything as the packaging is in tact.
The product is not as described so online consumer rights mean that I can return this item for a refund but the customer services are refusing so I have tried to dispute via PayPal but the customer services have said they will dispute it as the correct items were received. So they don't care about quality of the products they send out and refuse to take responsibility. By law they have to replace or accept a return for a refund so we will see what happens

if you entered your house number on the order then they would have been delivered. as you didnt enter your own address correctly the parcel could not be delivered.
Perfect crisps but ....
Crisps when they arrived were perfect but ordered on 19th October with estimated delivery 2 to 4working days! I received them on Friday 25th too late for their original purpose! Not sure if that is down to you or Evri!

What a great service
What a great service. My favourite crisps are pipers but I’ve found that they are rarely seen in shops. When they are, they usually cost £1.50 and the ‘black pepper and sea salt’ variety aren’t available. Buying from ‘snack saver’ allows me to buy a box of those containing 20 bags for around £20.Rxcellent value. Delicious crisps
