I would give my Tread + a 5 star but I have had a difficult time with the touch screen and have had it replaced once already and it still doesn’t consistently work. It can be frustrating during worko... See more

treadmill is over 3000$. even with no interest financing you will still be paying for this after 4 years. If you don't want to pay an additional around 50$ a month for the subscription and only use it occasionally, every time you go to use it you will have to fight with the unit before it will operate. Your 3500$ is basically a brick until it is reset and downloads updates. This takes about 30 minutes. Considering how much money you paid, this performance issue is completely unacceptable. There are also frequently features that appear and dissappear at the whim of the company. The usb-c jack doesn't work for charging your phone. All together this is a gimmick, and I cannot reccomend more strongly that you don't buy one.
Yes it is a very nice treadmill. Yes it is very convenient to have your own at home or at the office.
However none of that matters if refuses to do anything until you comply with its software requirements. I am not sure what the better option is, but after running 100s of miles at the gym and now dealing with my 3500$ modern art piece / coat rack, I can tell you that buying a peloton is not it

I love my tread BUT if you live in Alaska, pray it doesn’t break or have issues, because there is no way to fix it! I have been trying to work something out for weeks, with no success!

Disappointed with stability of the tread. The screen constantly shakes. Also wished we knew the tread flex was on the horizon so we could wait for it. We have been Peleton members since Covid with our Bike and thought the tread would be a significant upgrade from our alternative tread with Peleton app but it had not provided the value to meet the cost.

I absolutely love my peloton tread. I use it almost every single day. I also have a bike, but since getting the tread, I gravitate toward it mostly. I love how it auto inclines and how there’s so many instructors to choose from and so many levels of intensity. One thing that I really loved was once I got done with the workout. It would suggest a cooldown walk or stretch. It would pop up on the screen. I haven’t been seeing that the last couple weeks, which I’m kind of sad about but other than that absolutely love my Peloton.

Love the peloton tread. At 49 years old, I wanted to learn how to run but do it without neighbors/others passing judgement. The tread will be great for that as well as the New England winter in order for me to build that endurance

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Peloton.
I was charged the same amount every month for 17 MONTHS because Peloton allowed a duplicate account to be opened and continued billing me. Yes, I should have caught it sooner, but with the number of legitimate recurring charges most people have today, it is completely reasonable to expect a company to have safeguards against duplicate accounts and duplicate billing.
What made this even worse was the way Peloton handled my request for a refund. The first representative offered me three months back and three months of free Peloton, without even telling me that I had been paying for 17 months. Then I was told it was 12 months. Then around 14 months. Only after I escalated to a supervisor was I finally told the actual number: 17 months.
Peloton’s response? They would only refund seven months because that is supposedly their “policy and procedure.” I asked them to provide me with this policy in writing. They refused to email it to me.
I accepted the seven-month refund for now, but I am absolutely not considering this resolved.
This is a serious billing issue. Peloton allowed a duplicative account to exist, charged me month after month, apparently failed to identify the duplicate billing, and then couldn’t even consistently tell me how long I had been charged when I called to address it.
Everyone who has ever had a Peloton account should check their credit card and bank statements immediately. Don’t assume you’re being billed correctly just because the charge is recurring and familiar.
At this point, I have serious concerns about Peloton’s billing practices and the way they handle customers when billing errors are discovered. A company that can collect 17 months of duplicate payments and then hide behind an internal “policy” while refusing to provide that policy to the customer deserves serious scrutiny.
I am not finished pursuing this.

I love the tread and I'm not a runner :)
I love the walks and the variations on the walks from power walks to intervals. I also love the hikes. I do wish it had more easy going walks, or after dinner walks that are a more leisurely pace and that are around 10-15 minutes. Sometimes I don't have the energy for fast pace. I also like the option of watching Netflix (or other streaming) while walking. It's also easy to use without a lot of complicated buttons. It's easy to raise the elevation and to increase/decrease speed.

I am loving my tread plus. High quality. Fan is great. I can't figure out how to get any feedback on the camera. Classes are offered at very inconvenient and minimal AM times. However, overall, this is the best treadmill I have ever run on.

I love my Tread! The only thing wrong is that I should have purchased this sooner. There is nothing to improve .

I love my peloton tread! I already had the peloton bike and I continue to love peloton products and what they stand for! They make workouts fun with the variety and I love the motivation that the instructors give!

Delivery of my treadmill went really smoothly. Guys were careful manoeuvring through the house. Setup was great. I’ve already got the bike which I’ve had for 5 years and absolutely love it. The treadmill is great too

I am in love with my peloton tread+ and bike+. Best tread I have had. Sturdy, great screen, and durable. It makes me look forward to exercise. I highly recommend it.

The classes are so much fun, the treadmill is built well. The delivery service was great.

I’ve had a few mechanical issues with the tread and never received any help from peloton support. They always said I needed to replace the entire base. But I hired a repairman and they were able to easily repair it. Aside from those hardware issues , I’ve loved the tread very much. I have been an avid peloton user for 12 years. I do wish that the company would recognize my longevity as a fan, and I’ve also referred numerous people to peloton. People say I seem like I’m making commission, I so enthusiastically endorse them. I’ve gone to several in-person classes, as well. I’m a true, and longstanding fan. I even am a stock holder!!!!! I should be recognized for my contributions!

I love the design, classes, and the fact that you don't have to pay an extra membership if you already have the bike! Great investment. The delivery and set up was also phenomenal.

My treadmill was delivered with a defective part that has required replacement of the entire treadmill deck, so the entire device has been essentially unusable the month I’ve had it.

I absolutely love my Peloton Tread+. It has completely changed my running routine and made me genuinely look forward to getting my miles in. The variety of classes keeps it from ever feeling repetitive, and I love being able to choose between a structured class, a scenic run, or simply getting on and running at my own pace.
What I didn’t expect was how motivating it would become. I’ve become more consistent, improved my pace, and actually find myself missing my runs when I have to skip one. The Tread+ itself feels incredibly solid and smooth, and the overall experience makes working out at home feel anything but boring. One of my favorite purchases this year.

I’ve had the tread for at least three weeks and it still doesn’t work. Service is way too slow.
