In most ways I like this card. What I do not like is, I think it charged me 8.00 to transfer money back to my checking account when I accidentally pulled out too much money from that account and had to reverse some of the funds.

I enjoy using the app very much. It is easy to use and I enjoy the “boosts” and other discounts.

This issue needs to be escalated ASAP.
On May 11th 2026, I went to Walgreens to pay an FPL bill using the Western Union kiosk. I entered the transaction and then went to the cashier to pay. Something happened between Western Union system and Walgreens, not only did the bill NOT GET PAID, money was still taken from my account. I've called the merchant, Walgreens, and they do not have the funds. Western Union never received the funds on their end. Someone here is lying and I've asked you guys to investigate since last night, and I've received no response or escalation.
This is a serious matter and it needs to be escalated ASAP. I have this account to pay bills out of. I don't understand why you guys can't contact the merchant and get this resolved already.
