Received a bogus letter with fake…

Received a bogus letter with fake credit card debt data offering a "solution" that the fine print clarifies is just an "unsecured, closed-end personal loan funded by a third party." Pure scam with scare tactics to boot. It's a mystery why this website awards them two stars!

My credit reports are frozen More than…

My credit reports are frozen More than 1 year and Permanent Opt-Out by Mail. I haven't applied for anything and anywhere. I don't know which company you used to steal my information, and you're constantly sending me offers. I'm so tired of companies like you and also tired of your unreasonable harassment.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and consumer finance because I'm fed up with their harassment. Let's see what the outcome will be.

I hope you'll tell me where you stole my information from and I will take action accordingly.

Very rude & unprofessional

The rep we talked to was very rude when we stated we were only interested in putting the loan in my husband's name. He kept insisting on a co-applicant and called us liars when we refused. Stating our debt was as high as we claimed, which it is for the both of us but that isn't of consequence? He did not ask what my husband debt was alone so we answered the question as it was posed to us. To try to strongarm someone into a loan is ridiculous and unprofessional. They need to be reported to the BBB, but good luck find out what the business name is actually registered under.

They aren't even a loan company. They will collect your info and sell it to third party read the fine print.
Their site is also fake
Listed their trust pilot at 4.8 stars when it's not even 3 stars 😂😂😂😂

This company sent me a final notice…

This company sent me a final notice letter-immediate action required to send me a marketing letter to sell me a loan. They use IRS coloring on the letter inside to add to the "ploy". I will NEVER do business with a company that tries to use fear to get me to notice them. I really hope this is passed along to their leadership and marketing team: if I ever need a loan, it will never be with your company because of this "final notice".

Misleading mail ad

Misleading mail ad. I got an invitation in the mail looking like a LOAN option but turned out to be a consolidation debt management company - their fees = 25% of total debt and needs to be badly past due debts in order to work to your favor with NO guarantee of debtor agreeing to settlement. I was NOT past due on my debts so it would have wrecked my credit to use this (or any other same type service).

Scam

Scam. Sends mail pretending to be an official notice. Their website claims to have thousands of five star reviews but none can be found online.

I received a letter in the mail…

I received a letter in the mail offering a large loan. Definitely has that "too good to be true" feel. Site seems new a year old or less from my initial research. Can't find them on the BBB website when I went to check if anyone had filed complaints with them.
The letter claims they have 5 star reviews on google, but can't find them on google with any reviews at all.

To make things even more suspicious, the address listed on the Contact link at the bottom of their site is the same as another financial company with a very similar name. I was able to locate a list of businesses in the building, and One Path Financial is NOT listed, but the other financial company is. What scares me is that this wasn't a random scam email, they sent the letter to my mailing address. There is no return address on the letter anywhere
