Been having a horrible experience with this bank I'm overseas due to the pandemic, I started to purchase crypto currency the bank initially blocked my first payment to binance.
Then said they unblocked it and that their system did an automatic block, I was good to go. Two hours later still didn't work I called several times getting non Australian operators, telling me my account was not blocked. After the weekend I spoke to an Australian who interrogated me asking if I was buying crypto had someone forced me to do it ect..
After unblocking my account I was good for a week, I had purchased AR 30k in Australian dollars of crypto in 3 weeks when the bank blocked me again. It's been over a week.
I get people talking to me with no respect and acting like I have done something wrong.
I've been promised phone calls I never received, missed some phone calls at 5am. I've reported it to the financial ombudsman service, the bank has lied to them about my first date I initially reported this.
They are still with holding my money.
