Cheating plan $25 data roaming
Cheating plan $25 data roaming, valud 30 days. But all gone in 1 use.
I go overseas and call Onepass data about my data roaming. They introduced to buy $25 data roaming plan, valid for 30 days.
The 1st day arrived, I tested my data roaming when I was out, and turned off data roaming immediately (disabled) from my mobile. I only used hotel WiFi when staying there, but my roaming data still be charged, and lost 50% on the first date.i asked Onepass Mobile, they said that because I didn't turned off my Mobile data, therefore when the WiFi is weak, then they used my roaming data even I disabled it already.
The 2nd day, I used Grab to book taxi, only use this app to book a taxi and it took me the rest of 50% of my roaming data.
In total for this $25 plan valid for 1 month that onepass mobile sale to customer, I used only 1 app to book taxi and then finish.
I contacted Onepass mobile and asked, they answered that, the validation for 30 days that very much depends on how customer managed? And infact, they charged 50cents per minute when you start to turn on your data roaming
I think, this is a cheating of data roaming plan to customer
I then contacted them to cancel my data roaming plan, I am scared that they continue to recharge, it's very very expensive
