Hi Kerryan, each participating brand sets the eligibility criteria for free standard delivery 🚚. Your eligibility can also depend on where you live, as some rural and regional areas may be excluded. Please also note that big and bulky items (like trampolines, wheelbarrows, bikes, and large home furniture 🛋️) are commonly excluded.
Here’s a quick guide on how free delivery eligibility works at each brand:

I love shopping online on Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse, Office works getting free delivery from all of the above Wesfarmers owned retail stores via Onepass membership paying a small amount of $40 per year annual membership. It is very convenient from the comfort of my home to order products online from the above stores and get free delivery every time. Absolutely love using One pass for getting free delivery on all my online orders.

Great value. Pays for itself in very short time.
Tried the free delivery from Bunnings for the 1st time today, and was charged $50 delivery fee. It seems that my order exceeded the free delivery amount.

Points not applying correctly
There is a fairly large discrepancy between the flybuys points I’ve earned with one pass and what has actually applied to my flybuys account.
It’s been impossible to figure out who to email to rectify this.

Bunnings online order
Ordered items from Bunnings and was told that Onepass members receive free shipping, however the items I ordered were not eligible for free shipping. This needs to be clear that not all items are eligible for free shipping. I ended up doing a click and collect at a local store because the delivery was more than an trip to a store 45kms away.

While OnePass offers free delivery on eligible items, each participating brand — including Bunnings, sets its own eligibility criteria. This offer excludes special orders (like kitchens, water tanks, carpets, etc.), marketplace products, and gift cards.
Bunnings Warehouse also cannot deliver to some remote postcodes, but they are working hard to expand their delivery options to as many areas across Australia as possible.

Delivery is useless
Delivery is useless. The items are advertised as available but delivery to Auspost rarely happens within the advertised delivery time.
I ordered a plunger which was in stock and delivery was advertised as Thu/Fri. Today is Friday and Auspost report "label created by sender" but they still have not received it.

Hi Terry, I understand how frustrating it is when an item shows as in stock and delivery is advertised for a certain day, only for Australia Post to still show “label created” with no movement. That definitely shouldn’t be happening, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Sometimes the delay occurs when the parcel hasn’t been picked up or scanned by AusPost yet, even though the label has been created.
Did not receive SIM
Ordered a SIM from them on 6th Jan but till date has not reached. No shipping updates/tracking info, worst and terrible experience. Avoid ordering SIMs from them because of discounts.
