FIVE STAR DESPITE HAVING AN ISSUE...
Well, Well, Well... I have used Onepark before with no problem. This time at their Hotel Mercure Gare Montparnasse parking, the rue de la Gaite had been closed by the Voirie de Paris without warning to anyone (Figure!).
After an hour turning around in one way streets, I quit and went to another parking.
Then why STAR? Because too often in France, when you have a problem it is very difficult to reach anyone on their sites. They believe in the "Don't call me, I will call you...NO!"
OnePark responsed immediately to my claim and followed up. I got my refund. It is nice to know that when you have a problem, the company will stand behind their service.
