I preferred to sell my small amount of shares through One Off Trades instead of the Big Banks which I don't like. It was pretty easy to do except where I kind of got stuck but the helpline chat was really helpful and once he answered my question, everything was made much easier to do. I was kept informed at what was happening and the amount I was paid, was sent within 3 days to my account. I would highly recommend to anyone to use One Off Trades.

We only had a small amount of shares to sell, so they offered us a discount, so we would get some return for the sale. As we are in our 70's we found it a bit confusing to go through the process and including photo ID and driver's licence verification. The staff members Holly and Sally were very professional and patient walking us through all the steps required for the trade. We would thoroughly recommend One Off Trades.
