These guys suuuuuuck, the website policies are very anti customer satisfaction, and the actual customer service even worse. Go by from Union or Feature or Politics or or search local skate shops...LITERALLY anyplace but these guys. In addition to everything else, they're gonna overcharge you for shipping. Don't count on being able to exchange sizes, or get help with the shipping issue, or be able to return for a refund, or to even be communicated with like a human. It's really unfortunate, because giving good customer service doesn't cost a dime.

I ordered 2 Adidas-Thug Club collab hats on Black Friday. They charged me money but no email of shipping information. 2 weeks later, there is still no update from them. I checked their website during the times and I am aware that they mention 'allow 8-10 business days for shipping due to increased volume'. So I emailed them to make an inquiry on my order since it's been 11 business days from the purchase. As soon as I did, they emailed me back saying my order is canceled as my request (mind you, I did not). All in all, I think they don't have the actual items on their site, they just scam people with money first and deal about it later. Please just steer clear from this website if you ever wanna buy anything
