I had a custom sign made, it did not get sent on time and was disappointed to find out that it was not like the image. There were protruding areas of the acrylic -none of which were indicated in the proofing. They were unwilling to accommodate any changes after it was made.
The customer service is not good, much of the email correspondence was a single sentence, and they never told me what to expect regarding transaction protocol. Very unprofessional, a truly frustrating experience.

Finished product Does NOT come with instructions on how to Mount it or anything!

Design process is “basic” I mean the team there are 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 enough to help with logical design advice… but the process is straightforward and easy … even though you have to speak really simple like to them to get your point across and my design was basic 🙄 so that was frustrating- BUT my contact person from -One Neon Sign made a spelling mistake and when I told them they just cut the letters out of the finished sign and said 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐍’𝐓! So when I received it - it is in two pieces 😵 my contact from ONE Neon Sign - Australia 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 explain to me that after they cut it for fixing a spelling mistake that for the cut piece to be installed I need to drill it to the wall 😳

Like what????? I ordered my sign so I can hang it in multiple different locations and the hanging feature now cannot be used, 🤔 One Neon Sign has assumed all customers are going to be drilling holes in walls for installation! 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 the hanging feature allowed all of a sudden ??? and my customer service contact keeps telling me that he WILL NOT reattach the cut piece/fix my sign so I can use it to hang… !! I wouldn’t have minded if they even used glue to reattach it but NOPE! They’ve sent it to me faulty like and I can’t hang this sign 😓 I have asked for the 24 month peace of mind policy to be sent to me multiple times for me to be ignored. 👎🏽

I have offered to return my sign to be fixed/cut piece to be re-attached 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 and shut off by the customer service contact.

I have emailed the customer email and no reply.
I have also contacted them via phone and nobody answers that number. Texted them via Whats App on the number they give on their website and afetr one reply they have ghosted all my other messages.

I would not recommend this company /product unfortunately! 😐🫠🫠
