Return policy is bad. The site charges 7€ for returns. No negotiation even if you are not happy with the quality of the product or how the product looks compared to the photos online. It took so long for them to process the return that the invoice already expired on Klarna.
Placed my order on 11th of November and haven't seen my package. Sent them 2 emails, no answers. What happened? I've ordered from them before few times and everything went smooth.
Update: I got my answer, nice customer service and a delivery which hopefully comes soon. So after all, I'm satisfied but maybe choose other than Budbee-delivery next time.

Unfortunately all orders from a specific pick up during week 46 was misplaced by Budbee, this included hundreds of orders with yours beeing one of them! :(
Our customer service has been drowned in messages from customers regarding this over the last week, that is why you might have not recieved a response in the normal 24h it usually takes us to answer you!
But please rest assure we will settle this with you in the best way possible asap!
