My wife and I first met Betta about ten years ago when she guided a tour we took through central Italy. She impressed us at that time with her professionalism, but beyond that, her enthusiasm, humor, patience, and true caring for everyone on the tour. This year we decided to return to the same part of Italy on a 10-day trip with one of our sons and his wife, and reached out to Betta to ask for her help with planning it.
Once again, we had a wonderful experience. From our initial contact to ask for her help, through the end of the tour, we felt total confidence in Betta. She both accommodated our specific desires for the trip, and also suggested several additional options that proved to be some of the highlights. Her engagement and responsiveness allowed us to quickly come to a decision about our itinerary. It was a real collaborative experience.
The tour itself exceeded our expectations. Over the years Betta has been able to identify the best places to stay and eat and exceptional local guides, from all of which we benefitted. A number of the spots we visited at her suggestion were ones we would never had found on our own.
Betta projects an enviable sense of calm and competence. Throughout the trip, she never once evidenced any impatience or frustration with any of our requests or in response to the inevitable issues that come up. Flexible and accommodating are two of her admirable traits that come immediately to mind. And, of course, best of all, the days were filled with laughter and a lot of fun.

They tap into their connections all over Europe to place us in the best hotels and restaurants at a reasonable rate! They have the experience and expertise to provide a worthwhile trip. I have traveled with Betta as my tour operator/guide on a few occasions and I can say without question that those trips were truly an unforgettable experience because of her. She is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable about the area we visited, fun to be with, she does make you laugh a lot, and shares her passion for traveling with everyone she meets. Also, because of her long time travel experience we were treated to the best local guides, restaurants and accommodations at every destination and the trips consisted of sights to not only the most popular, but to wonderful off the beaten path destinations that are not always in the guide books. All the while she was flexible enough to accommodate our wishes and to deal with unforeseen problems that arose.

Benedetta is so thoughtful, patient and thorough in her planning. She made our trip full of memories for a lifetime. We had grandma and grandpa as well as elementary children and she accommodated us all. 18 in total in our group and we were all amazed and delighted - love love love one life journeys!
