I resent G.E
I resent G.E. for placing its manual on OneLaunch. Instead of a manual I can reference, it offers only one page at a time with no easy way to go to other pages, see an index, etc. I also could not print out individual pages. What should be easy to use is now cumbersome. All I wanted was a manual, not a new search engine. I feel used, not served.
It got worse. I tried to print out the few relevant pages of a G.E. oven manual only to have it print out all the pages, except only half a page visible on each. A big waste of paper, ink, and time.
Perhaps I was at fault in some way. Was I served or tricked? Should everyone who uses Microsoft products be an expert geek? I see lots of "How do I get rid of OneLaunch?" posts online. Some get it; I don't.

Apologies for this poor experience. Our Manuals App attempts to quickly help you find the Manual you are looking for. It doesn't seem like that occurred here, so sorry about that.
To be clear though, we have nothing to do with the Manual itself. In this case, that's General Electric.
We have built many custom apps into OneLaunch to help people find what they are looking for online, and our Manuals App is one example of that. Sorry it wasn't for you, and hopefully you have been able to uninstall. If not, feel free to email us at support@onelaunch.com and we can give you a hand!
