Excellent experience. Ultra fast delivery, and the price was approx 50% less than a shop with free shipping over €50.

I’ve found sizes typically run small (and have done since I bought my first shirt in 1995!!), so probably better to order a size up than usual.

My order still hasnt arrived, no number to phone them, chatbot said it would connect me to someone waited 30 mins, then I emailed still waiting on response

Really impressed with the quality of the Mayo GAA football shirt. The material feels excellent and the shirt looks great, with the personalisation finished to a very high standard. It arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, a fantastic service and a great-quality shirt — I’d definitely recommend it!

The quality and sizing of O’Neill products seem to be very different lately. The sizing and quality is completely off feels like the products are coming from China.

I have been ordering from O’Neill for many years and have always been happy with the fit and quality. However, I have just received a Club jumper, and the sleeves are much shorter than expected, sitting well above my wrist. This has never been an issue with O’Neill products in the past.

Fantastic customer service. Quick to respond to emails and promptly sorted my problem. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

I ordered a personalised shirt from this company and hours later changed my mind about the personalisation. My bad. Contacted them and they sorted it all for me within an hour. Got a refund for the personalisation and the shirt arrived today with good comms from Royal Mail about delivery times.

Ordered Club gear that was €63 and because i ordered a big size they made me pay an extra €10 per jersey and now they wont accept returns €146 down the drain will never buy off O neills again

Excellent service. I ordered a jersey and need it in 2 day time to have for Sunday for All Ireland Final. I contacted the customer service when I ordered the jersey and Ben was straight back to me and posted it the very next day so I would have it in time.
