I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an unresolved incentive payment issue related to the FurFrame project in Redmond, Washington.
During the project, I allowed another participant to use my dog because they did not have a dog of their own. I was informed by both Maria and project staff that I would receive an additional $50 incentive for allowing my pet to be used. I fulfilled my part of the agreement and was transparent throughout the process.
Since then, I have received conflicting explanations regarding the payment, including statements that I may have been paid incorrectly or that another participant may have received too much. Respectfully, any internal payment error is not my responsibility. I had no control over how payments were processed, and I should not be penalized for a mistake made internally.
I have already provided screenshots and supporting communication with Maria through text and email, yet this matter remains unresolved and my follow-ups are now being ignored. At this point, I am requesting escalation to a corporate-level supervisor outside of the Redmond location for review.
I am requesting that the communication history and supporting documentation be reviewed promptly, and that the missing $50 incentive be issued as originally promised.

I have been trying to make my time investment into OneForma pay off for several years. It's incredibly hard to get a project, and there are way too many certifications you need to pass for extremely low-paying ones. Many of these multiple-choice tests contain errors, so passing them can be a matter of luck. If you report an error, you never hear back from anyone. The support seems to be non-existent. If you ever get into a project, the project doesn't start or you can work on it for a few weeks, on buggy platforms, and then there is no support if something goes wrong and then you get removed for inactivity, being gaslit into thinking you did something wrong. I have worked on almost all the data annotation and crowd sourcing platforms and OneForma has been the one with the lowest ROI, meaning I have invested countless hours into useless qualifications that didn't lead anywhere. I had already given up on OneForma, but gave them another chance when they revamped their website, but it's still the same old, same old. I would definitely not recommend them to a friend. I wonder if some of their advertised projects even exist.

How to send you a DM ? I don't see the option on Trustpimot.
Account was disabled cause for just 1 time i forgot to disable my VPN. Sent an e-mail to explain and asked for my account to be reactivated, a case number was created, and didn't receive an answer for 3 months.

I want to receive my payment for the Diting 015 and 016 projects. I worked in March and April and haven't received it yet. The project managers are no longer responding to me. The last time they contacted me was last month when they said I would receive it this month, and so far there's no record of it in my payment history. I want my money, which would be 300 euros.

⚠️ THIS IS A FOLLOW-UP TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW ⚠️
On my original review, OneForma posted a reply on April 3, 2026, claiming:
"A full explanation, including payment status and findings from our review, has been provided to you via email."
THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE.
Here is what actually happened:
On March 16, 2026 – before their fake "professional" reply – they sent me this email:
"Your OneForma account has been deactivated due to suspicious activities detected on your account."
Case ID: 7776634
They disabled my account. Then, weeks later, they pretended on Trustpilot that they "reviewed my case" and sent me an explanation.
THE TRUTH:
❌ My account is DEACTIVATED. I cannot log in.
❌ I received NO explanation about my unpaid $266.18.
❌ The only email I got was an account deactivation notice.
❌ Their Trustpilot reply is FALSE AND MISLEADING.
Why did they disable my account?
Because I posted an honest review exposing their non-payment and hours manipulation. Instead of paying me for 120+ hours of work, they silenced me.
To other freelancers:
This is their pattern:
Steal your time and refuse to pay
Disable your account when you speak up
Post fake "we care" replies on Trustpilot
Never actually resolve anything
My original review details:
120+ hours of work (8-9 hours daily, they counted only 5)
USD 16.18 incentive – unpaid
10-15 days main work – unpaid
4+ months of ignored follow-ups
All evidence documented (screenshots, emails)
OneForma – stop pretending. You disabled my account on March 16. Your April 3 reply is a lie. Either pay me or stop misleading other freelancers on this platform.
I have screenshots of everything – the deactivation email, their fake reply, all payment failures, and hours manipulation.

I applied for a job posting they published two years ago. For every job I’ve applied for so far, the status has either been “Certification pending” or “Under review,” and I haven’t received any response—positive or negative. Despite this, they continue to post the same job openings on LinkedIn. This platform is irresponsible; it takes advantage of people’s expectations and never responds. A company should not keep an applicant waiting for more than 1–2 months and must provide some form of feedback. I do not recommend this platform to anyone, and I am waiting for them to respond to me.

I am sharing this review regarding my experience on Project 683 (English locale), where I completed a large volume of work but faced serious issues with task accounting and compensation.
I completed a total of 350 tasks on this project. This included 175 tasks in the first batch and another 175 tasks in a revert/re-batch phase. However, out of the second batch, only 11 tasks appear to have been properly attributed in the system. Despite completing all 350 tasks, I have only been paid for approximately 70–75 tasks, which is a significant and unexplained discrepancy.
Another major concern is the application of a 10-minute cap on task time. The communicated Average Handling Time (AHT) for this project was 15–20 minutes. At no point was it stated that task duration would be capped at 10 minutes. In previous projects I have worked on, any such capping policy was always clearly communicated in advance. In this case, no such communication was provided, yet the cap appears to have been applied after the fact.
This is especially problematic because the tasks themselves were complex. Many required handling multiple speakers (3–4 voices), overlapping audio, detailed segmentation, repeated playback of very short audio fragments, and careful tagging to ensure accurate verbatim transcription. These were not simple tasks and often required significant time and attention per task.
Based on my own tracking, I spent approximately 90–100 hours completing this work. The current payment does not reflect this effort or the actual workload involved.
I also want to highlight that I previously raised concerns during the project through support channels and issue trackers, but the matter was not properly addressed. Additionally, communication throughout the project was inconsistent, with limited clarity and no centralized coordination channel.
From the data available to me, I can see that between 24th and 25th March, I completed 175 tasks in batch 2. The first batch of 175 tasks is no longer visible in the system history, likely due to limited retention of records. However, both batches together account for the 350 tasks I completed
Overall, the core issues are:
* Significant mismatch between completed tasks and paid tasks
* Application of an uncommunicated 10-minute cap
* Lack of clarity and consistency in communication
* Lack of proper verification of task history
I am requesting a proper review of my case, verification of full task history, and fair compensation based on the originally communicated AHT and actual work performed.
I hope this matter is resolved fairly and transparently.

I had a disappointing experience with OneForma regarding account handling and support. My account was suddenly marked inactive due to what appears to be a system error. I had only switched from my mobile device to my PC while reviewing project guidelines for better clarity, and this was flagged as suspicious activity.
I was continuously working on the LightSpeed and Isaac projects, which makes this situation even more frustrating.
I do want to acknowledge that payments and the PO process have been smooth and reliable, which is a positive aspect of the platform. Additionally, the Instagram support team was responsive and replied within 2–3 days.
However, the review team’s lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups over the past month regarding my appeal (Case ID: CAS-217521-Z8L5T5), but have received no response at all.
I sincerely hope the company improves its review and support process, and I would appreciate any assistance in reviewing my case and helping me get my account reactivated.
Thank you.

I worked on OneForma / Centific Cherry Opal / Lighthouse-related production tasks and experienced serious payment reconciliation issues across multiple cycles.
For 16/02/2026–14/03/2026, my own work records totaled 787.27 USD, while the PO reflected only 116.49 USD. I disputed that PO, and no payment was received for that disputed period.
For 15/03/2026–14/04/2026, my own work records totaled 685.31 USD. Invoice #100094016 totaled 326.87 USD, but it included the previous disputed 116.49 USD PO, so the current-cycle amount reflected was only 210.38 USD.
I contacted payment support, project contacts, and OneForma general contact multiple times, and disputed all POs in invoice #100094016. I have still not received a full date-by-date reconciliation explaining the discrepancy.
My advice to other contributors: keep your own daily work log, screenshot timers and POs, and do not rely only on platform dashboard totals. Be very careful before investing many hours if payment reconciliation is unclear.

I am publicly raising a serious unresolved payment and PO dispute with OneForma / Centific after months of ignored follow-ups.
I worked on two projects: MSP-689 Urdu locale and MSPO-683 English locale.
For MSP-689, I completed work in November 2025 and received the PO at the end of February 2026. The PO had serious issues, so I disputed it. The client claimed that I completed 14 tasks in less than one minute, which is practically impossible because each task required image generation, prompt review, questionnaire completion, and written comments. The client’s own average handling time was 5.5 minutes per task.
Before the PO was uploaded, I had already informed the project manager, Diptiranjan Jena, about the issue. I was assured that the matter would be discussed with the client before uploading the PO. However, the PO was still uploaded without resolving my dispute. More than two months have now passed, and I still have not received a revised PO or a proper explanation.
For MSPO-683 English locale, I completed around 262 tasks, but I have only been paid for 151 tasks. The project’s average handling time was 15 to 20 minutes per task as conveyed by my agency (Oneforma/Centific), and many tasks required even more time due to multiple speakers, overlapping audio, multiple segments, and detailed review requirements.
The PO/payment data shows only around 21 paid hours, while I personally tracked more than 70 to 80 hours of work. The client platform itself had an inactivity pause feature, meaning task time should have been tracked fairly. Yet the data now shows a maximum tracked time of around 10.1 minutes per checked task, even though many tasks took 20 to 30 minutes. This strongly suggests that the client-provided task-time data is flawed or incomplete.
There was also a rework issue. At the time rework was communicated, only 151 tasks had been checked, and only 17 had rework. My account was locked during that period, and I was already in contact with support about the account issue. By the time my account was restored, the rework had already been completed by someone else. This should not be used as a reason to deny payment for completed work.
Sayeed Mac was the project manager for MSPO-683, but despite repeated attempts to get clarity, the response has been extremely poor and the issue remains unresolved.
I have contacted project managers, team members, and support. Support has escalated the case, but I still have not received a fair resolution, revised PO, or clear breakdown of payable tasks and hours.
This is not a small issue. I spent more than 70 to 80 hours working honestly and carefully, but I have only been paid for around 21 hours. That is unacceptable.
I am requesting OneForma / Centific to urgently provide:
1) A revised PO for MSP-689 Urdu locale.
2) A full review of all 262 tasks completed for MSPO-683 English locale.
3) A correction of the flawed task-time data.
4) A written explanation of how payable hours and payable tasks were calculated.
5) Fair compensation for the actual work completed.
Freelancers and contributors deserve transparency, timely communication, and fair payment. Platforms cannot expect workers to follow strict guidelines and deadlines while leaving payment disputes unresolved for months.
I hope OneForma / Centific resolves this professionally and fairly. Until then, I feel it is important to speak up so other contributors are aware of these payment and communication issues.

Was invited to a project and was going through the boarding process. I've spent time mastering the guidelines, but I had issues logging in, so I could not proceed further. I've contacted the project leaders and it took ages to get a reply. Sometimes I had to send a reminder. All in all it took over a month before I was told the project batch had already finished and I'm left with an unrestored account. I feel like I wasted time & energy and until this day I still haven't got an answer back on my request if the account could still get restored. Bit of a turn off to work on any future projects.

Support takes time to answer but when they answer it is satisfactory.
It is hard to get into a new project even if it shows that I have been Hired in the project.
The system constantly says that my account has been flagged as suspicious but when I'm checking their help center to try to find the reason, none of the ones listed applies to me.

It is a complete scam and fraud. I filled out and completed many certifications with respect to jobs, and my application always went under review. In this way, I had 5 applications under review. When on the next morning I open it to see the status of my applications, it's all gone. The system starts saying no jobs are available. IT IS ALL FRAUD AND A SCAM...

To summarise: Made account->Successfully verified my identity-> Got banned for failing to verify my identity-> No response from support in 2months.
Made an account and filled out my profile, connected everything. It was all good until i had to do my Persona verification checks. I started, took a picture of my driving license, selfie and Persona said all verified. Went back to OneForma to find out that my account was banned for failing to prove my identity?
So Persona said i've verified my identity then i get banned for no reason.. I said ok, it might be a glitch let's reach out to support.. 10 emails, 2 months later, today still no answer from anyone within this company.
So i've taught, i have another email let's try with this one. Made another account(my 2nd account), and this time i did the Persona verification straight away so i don't lose time again, and guess what, banned again for failing the successful verification.
My advice: Stay away from this company as their only purpose is to collect data from you, including CV information, account details and IDs. They don't have a support and if you want to delete your data, good luck, as without going to court with a ghost company you can't.
EDIT:
I do understand that you're saying everything it's legitimate, but so far i was proved the opposite.
A quick note, i created the 2nd account with the only purpose of seeing if the ban is triggered by verification which that's the case. A succesfull verification triggers the account ban, and for this you can see why i can assume the business is illegitimate.
FYI, from a reviewer perspective there is no option to dm you. I would love for this to be looked at but i will never get a reply from the account verification team or support team and there is no way to dm you here, so again there is no way to resolve the issue.

Happy to be part of OneForma community! I must admit, that technical issues happen 😭, especially after platform migration. And yes sometimes it takes a lot of time to get help. But in the end I always got my issues solved. Many thanks to the LinkedIn company's page administrator, who resolved my last issue!!!
