I would like to file a complaint regarding OneFor and the way my request was handled. After considering transferring my salary to this institution, I had a very disappointing experience. The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and I did not receive the support or explanations I expected.
As a result, I have lost trust in this institution and, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend it.
I have been waiting for over one month for a refund related to a payment made through OneFor in Kosovo.
The first case concerns a refund from Tradindotcom, which has still not been returned after an extremely long and unreasonable delay.
The second case is even more concerning:
I made a payment to Air Prishtina, which they never accepted, yet OneFor still deducted the money from my account.
I was officially informed that the refund would take 3–5 business days.
Today, 6 business days have already passed, and there is still no refund, no confirmation, and no clear explanation.
This is completely unacceptable behavior for a payment provider handling customers’ money.
Lack of transparency, broken timelines, and poor communication seriously damage trust.
At this point, I am forced to share my experience publicly because customer support has failed to provide a solution.
I do not recommend this service until refund processes and accountability are taken seriously.
Possibly the best banking service in Kosovo. The prices are awesome, the speed in which transfers are done is amazing and the best, and also customer support is quite responsive. This should have a lot more reviews.
