won't let you delete you're account + stupidly timed, unrelated information

won't let you delete you're account unless you go through a long back and fourth email conversation that goes on for days, and their football information is poor and sometimes worrying. For example, I sign up before the Arsenal game, and then as soon as Max Dowman enters the pitch I get a notification saying "young arsenal star injured in first game back from injury" and then the notification leads me to a player in our youth team but the notification came at such a stupid time. Stay away from this app, I wished I came here before making an account.

Unreliable service / bad support

Second time in a row viewing a soccer game does not work. Service/support does not help. I described in detail the system environments and browser, added screenshot of the problem, and got a standard phrase - my problems was not seriously read and understood. Finally, both problems could not solved. I would like to give zero stars, but that is not possible.

Poor motion quality, stadium sound also poor

As always, motion quality of football games is quite poor. Lot of pixels, meaning lowres streaming. Still shots and close ups look great.
Stadium sound quality mostly poor, no good balance between commentator and fans' cheering.
I mostly watch Dutch Eredivisie. I value one football very much for their pay per view, but quality must improve.

Is only 2 more serie A games to play…

Is only 2 more serie A games to play and than hopefully serie A games Will be broadcasted by another provider. This website was probably not prepared for big audience. In uk we have been watching serie a games since probably 12 years. Eleven sport, premier sport, bt sport (now tnt). We never expierenced so much problems in the streaming, additionally i personally love to watch replays of the key games. You know we cannot spend 2 or more days watching live events. So for this reason it was nice with all old providers to have access on demand of all past games. This is now off with OneFootball. That means that unless you spend 2 days in front of the tv you can only access 2-3 minutes highlights. With that is impossible to understand how teams are playing. The only good point is that the service costs a good 30% less than old providers. Ok, thanks! But for us that we were used to access a certain service is not enough. We were paying tnt sports, if you offer the same service that that were offering we can pay you one football.
2 weekly games are still showed by TNT sport and we can still access the games on demand after the end, coppa Italia is on premier sport and replays are available ad soon as the game ends, Amazon prime video offers
replays. Simple question… Did you think of this when you planned to buy serie a right? Becouse you charge us the serie a pass but you know we are only watching 1 game or 2. Please sort out this and the streaming problem. There are already people suggesting to sign up DAZN in italy and use a VPN to access it here in uk. This doesn’t sound like you have been doing good at you job

TV app still doesn't work

Once again, the TV app isn’t working also this week, and I can’t watch the game I paid for on my TV. Does this company even function? No communication, no fixes - just pure frustration. How they managed to secure the rights to broadcast Serie A in the UK is beyond me. Hopefully, this nightmare ends soon.

subscription is a scam

I paid £60 for a Milan subscription. It worked for a couple of months and then wouldn’t let me watch a match without paying again.
It’s been a month. I’ve emailed three times. And received a ‘we’ve got your message. We are here to help’ email three times yet NO HELP.
It’s been a month. And I still cannot use something I paid £60 for because they’re ignoring me.
Scammy, scammy, scammy.

Serie A Scam

Scam. Paid for one year of Serie A matches, and I can’t see any matches.
Tried to contact customer care and they never replied.

I paid for one Serie A game

I paid for one Serie A game. The app was impossible to install on my TV.

And I got diverted to another site that I thought was either OneFootball or Apple TV. Subscribed and then had to cancel.

So I tried to download the app for my PC. Everything seemed to be OK, got a message saying 'It's in your Start menu', so I looked for OneFootball, but it wasn't there.

I then realised that what I'd downloaded was something called PC App installer, by a company called Fast Corporation Ltd, a one-man band in London.

My verdict is that OneFootball is a scam. I can't understand how Serie A got involved with these crooks

Dreadful service

Initially it was possible to access games on TV, but in recent weeks the same message appears 'we are experiencing problems .. .' £4.99 to watch a postcard size picture on a computer is too high a price especially when buffering problems ruin the experience. OneFootball clearly does not have the technical staff to offer a decent service.

Brilliant product for football fans

Brilliant product for football fans! Been using their app for over 10 years now, very consistent and always great new features. Cannot understand the negative critiques + they seem pretty outdated.
