The single worst customer service experience I've ever had!

I have had the worst experience with this company. They don't seem to understand how a business works.

I contacted them on 22/05/25 asking questions about their delivery prices. I wanted delivery to Northern Ireland which was going to cost £13.80 according to their price breakdown, but when I placed the order it came to £25 for delivery!!!

I got a reply from Agnes who said the website hadn't been updated (I can see even now 1 month later it is still wrong!)

As I couldn't find the item anywhere else I had no choice but to order it from Onefold. The order was placed on 27/06/25 and I contacted them to get a delivery estimate shortly after and got no response.

On 15/07/25 afer around 4 attempts to contact them, I still hadn't received the item (and at £25 I'd expect fairly quick delivery!!!), so I contacted them to say I was initiating a full refund via PayPal.

Within 2 days they responded and said there was a "quality issue". That would have been fine, but they didn't respond at any point prior to me threatening the full refund. If they had contacted me previously I would have been fine about it.

On 21/07/25, the item finally arrived. I contacted the company to advise them and ask about a reduction in price for their inexcusable delivery costs but they have since ignored every single email I've sent.

I will now be going back to PayPal and discussing this with them.

Do yourself a favour and just don't bother. Their website is falsely advertising their prices, their customer service is the worst I've seen (and I train it to people across the country!), and the product wasn't as good as expected.

I wouldn’t even give a star to this…

I wouldn’t even give a star to this company, I placed an order on may 7th for my mother’s birthday the following week.
I had the money taken from my account, but still 5 weeks later have not received my order from them.
I have called, emailed and still haven’t heard anything from them.
The once I did actually hear from them was 3 weeks after I placed my order, when I first enquired about where it was, a lady called me after I left a VM to the company, she couldn’t find my order because apparently the system was really slow.

Company is quick to take money from you without actually delivering anything!

Bought a rabbit for the garden it was…

Bought a rabbit for the garden it was advertised as 53cm it came it was 30cm. False advertising… said I would go to trading standards the manager replied, do you want the number. He was extremely rude. I even had to pay for shipping return 😡😡

Absolutely Excellent product

Absolutely Excellent product, service and price! The statue is really lovely. This company take so much care and their communication/customer service is great. The driver was so helpful with elderly family when delivery (I got delayed) and couldn't have been kinder. The lady at the office too. As a business owner myself, I love it when I find suppliers who impress me.

Beautiful Squirrel Birdbath

We bought the squirrel birdbath via Amazon. It was delivered straight from Onefold within two days. The packaging was fantastic, the item was so well protected. We are delighted with the product, it's perfect, so well made, sturdy and was great value for money. It took minutes to assemble, but for a while we couldn't find the squirrel in the box, due to the packaging. A great company to deal with really genuine, and I certainly buy from them in the future and totally recommend you do the same.

Not Frostproof!

Not Frostproof!
We purchased a birdbath that Onefold claimed to be frostproof but it cracked during the first winter.
When we complained, the supplier said the birdbath needed to be kept dry during cold weather and refused replace or refund us.

Great product arrived well packaged

Good company to deal with and great products. I purchased a birdbath which was delivered in the most well package way I have ever had. They explained delay due to Covid and high demand which was totally acceptable. I look forward to my next purchase.
