I have used Oneflare several times now and have always found a contractor who was suitable for the particular job we needed. The most recent time was 18th January 2026 and we found a plumber who promp... See more

Fake leads and invalid contacts
Have been with Oneflare for a few years and it gets worse every year. A world of promises and up-selling subscriptions but no results! Downgraded to pay-as-you-go but still a lot of fake enquiries, invalid contacts, non-responsive leads who don't exist to see your quote while you gotta pay for every and each lead!
Refunds advertised are total B.S as they always come up with all the excuses not to give your money back!!
In short, it's just another online CON don't fall for it if your money doesn't grow on trees!

I paid money for work not completed
I paid money for work not completed. Communication was appalling and only occurred once Support was contacted. Despite clear evidence of money I paid not being used for services at my property, no reimbursement has occurred. Research into ABN indicates many short term businesses. I could not speak more negatively about my experience. Appalling and very distressing.

I don't normally leave neither a bad…
I don't normally leave neither a bad review or good review but avoid this company at all costs.
I left reviews on Google , Productreview.com.au and here at Trustpilot.
Do not join this company. I joined last week as business. One guy Aaron contacted after I paid for $109 monthly subscription and he said I needed to complete my business profile so I could get more quotation chances. I contacted him again once I completed as much as I could. What happened after that, he never took my call even my email 4 days ago sent. I also tried to call James who asked my Visa debit number on the phone but also the other guy took my call and said James was away. While I tried to call this company they never called me back. I am the one who normally don't leave neither a bad review or good review on any company.
But I started to feel this scammers should be banned in Australia.

Absolute joke and unbelievable
Absolute joke I filled out the information they requested for a quote to move interstate. When I did it I knew that it did not give enough information for their contractors. Never the less they still quoted on information they had received. I ended up getting quotes that I knew were at only 50% approx of the job was worth. I then had to contact each supplier with all the details and then to send an accurate quote. A waste of both my time and the contractors time.

Was ripped off $3500 by a fake…
Was ripped off $3500 by a fake transport company called move first removals I trusted the Oneflare platform big mistake do not use Oneflare
I was ripped off $1300
I was ripped off $1300 by Brilliant Roofing.
Anthony came across professional turned up on time and completed job by fixing leaks and new down pipe, so he said.
Paid him $1300.
One week later it rained still leaks water and after inspection from family friend did not replace new downpipe.
Weeks have gone by txting me with excuse after excue lie after lie saying he will come fix it waiting in all day for him to arrive but no show.
This man is a dishonest liar.
DO NOT HIRE HIM.
Also hired an electrician no show.
Not happy with oneflare will never use them again.
Awful tradespeople and no customer…
Awful tradespeople and no customer service. Landscaper ripped us off and was aggressive and when we put a review oneflare helped him remove it!
Trapped into paying an extra $99, for tyrekickers and nickel and dimers
In my experience most of the leads oneflare generated were tyrekickers and nickel and dimers. They want skilled tradespeople for the price of a 16 year old hospitality worker.
Moreover oneflare has an unfair contract term that makes you cancel your account in writing *15 days before your next monthly payment is due*. There is no need for this.
2 weeks isn't long enough develop an informed opinion about whether its any good or not. You need a full month. Oneflare shouldn't gouge new users for an extra months payment if they decide the platform isn't much chop after 30 days.
Cancelling a subscription is instant with one click of a button. Its a largely automated website that connects tradies to leads. You are either signed up or you arent. The idea that oneflare needs 15 days to "process" cancellations is absolute garbage.
Oneflare intentionally traps people into paying for an extra month by making it unnecessarily onerous to cancel with this 15 day rule.
Steer clear! Dodgy AF.
Oneflare appear to want "old dinosaurs(elderly people) to die"
Recently had a problem with an elderly customer stuck back in the 70's regarding pricing. I contact Oneflare support and a Oneflare staff member named Sammy said, and I quote
“The sooner old dinosaurs like Peter (the customer) die the better off we all are!” and “I can’t wait to see what he is going to say”, and “Come on Peter. Hurry up Peter you old Fossil” and “I love this sort of stuff seeing what clueless "1di0ts" like this say” and “I’m married to a tradie and I know what fools like this are like"
Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
Verified/Insured business means nothing
They don’t help when an incident happens, our property was damaged severally. Don’t be fooled by their website saying a business is verified or insured it means nothing!! This is just a way they advertise and look professional but when push comes to shove it means NOTHING. They listen to you and they contact the other party when you complain but that’s it. They advise you they can’t do anything more than that and basically end it politely with a bad luck.
do not trust this big scammer
I was reading all the reviews about oneflare and I just find this one is the real truth about on flare that very trades will experienced when they start working with oneflare .so I did copy paste it bellow . so read it carefully and I think you will feel the same when you work with this company and he write the best description for this scammer company .
WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
Where do I start? Well this has to be one of the most overrated and over priced pieces of garbage I have ever had the displeasure of using and paying for.
As a new business owner I was recommened to use ONEFLARE to help me generate some additional work and I have honestly regretted the whole experience, you pay credits per month to use to quote each job that may come your way, the basic principal of oneflare and the idea behind it sounds absolutely great in THEORY! The fact that the customers requesting jobs aren't required to fill out all information related to their quote request which is frustrating and infuriating but no where near as infuriating as oneflares absolute joke of a "genuine customer guarantee" policy. If the customer doesn't respond with in 48 hours you are supposed to be refunded that credit to send the quote however one flare always weasels out of this by stating that the "customer" has requested more quotes. I'm sorry what an absolute joke if they didn't provide enough information or respond why should the business have to pay, the whole point of this platform is to engage with new leads and help source more work. The other infuriating thing about oneflare is the 4 month ordeal of cancelling my payment and memebership, after 6 months of literally wasting my money and generating exactly 0 new jobs from this appalling platform. I have generated 60% more work from facebook posts than this horrendous website - ONEFLARE you have a lot to answer for and if I could have given you MINUS 10 stars I would have, absolutely unimpressed with the set up and your customer service

It is actually a scam a scam
It is actually a scam a scam, many of the clients they put in they are not true Clients, do you have it this way five stars amazing reviews and we have put many many application that Clients might of got one over three months and we paid $300 we tried to pull out of that the first month they told us that they charge on the 15th of the month which is two weeks prior to the expiration on the second month I wanted to pull out unless it does make it up to us by giving us extra points which you didn't do anything, so I highly recommend no business should use them because it end up losing your money.
Money hungry scammers
After inquiring to a fair share of similar "lead" sites like oneflare, I decided to go with oneflare as they answered all of my questions with ease, gave me the peace of mind I needed. One of my first initial questions was “how much am I actually paying?”. I was assured there would be no percentages (which was what reeled me in), just fixed rate $23 per quote I’m going to send out. As well as a lump-sum fee to be actually listed on the site itself ($318/6months). My company Web Uplink is quite new, I'm still a one-man show, so i figured why not....
It's worth it i thought. Presuming it was exactly as they said “You’ll constantly receive jobs, you can review them and send out your quote and all you do is pay once”. Having contacted the other lead companies my biggest concern was, what if they don’t reply? “We have a ‘genuine customer guarantee’”. Hearing all of these answers and the other 100 questions I asked, the staff member being great and prompt on his answers made me sign up!
Little-did-i-know… that per job fixed rate was STARTING FROM, sending out a quote meant I had to pay an additional $30 - 75 just to send one. Mind you, sending out a quote meant I was forced to go through GooglePlay each time I needed “credits” (a system which NOONE is able to explain at their company).
To top things off the LEAD itself doesn’t have a rough price, a customer budget or any sort of useful info (will re-iterate in detail at the end), they literally just price it depending on the area they’re in, how many designers are there and the amount of jobs coming in from there – which naturally gives them the ability to change the price, hike it up etc. at any point in time without warning.
One of the biggest issues here that wasn’t explained to me was that each lead they get, there’s a job quota on it that’s reached within a 5th of a second of that job being posted.
Naturally, being new to the platform I read each word and request of the client before hitting the quote now button, only to be greeted with “This job has reached its max quota” and boom no job for me.
Over time I realized okay, well… I just have to quote whatever, the problem is I’m stuck going through GooglePlay for 2 whole minutes trying to buy credits (even with one click pay enabled).
The next drama was when I actually managed to send the quote and the customer did not reply at all. I requested a refund, only to be told by oneflare that “Oh, that’s only for some other plan where you have to pay an additional $499 on top of that $318.
In short basically they have a great sales guy (British dude), who answers questions and gives you the confidence you need to whip out your credit card. But then you’re plagued with hidden fees (which you can actually find online – often in a tiny bit of text in an entire article), where they are wrong is the fact hat it literally says call and find out more, I did … and was unable to find out more lol.
I did file a complaint when I received some sort of customer satisfaction call, I explained how many things are going wrong, how the app sends out of a notification but when I click on the notification “the quota has already been met”, so what the hell is the point of the app. I have to sit on the site and literally hit refresh 180 times a day, hoping I get that job.
Mind you, the leads they bring don’t include half the information you actually need. A job example would be: Revamp my existing site and fix broken link issue, I’m located in Perth. – This lead is absolutely useless since 1. I don’t have a website URL to actually look at 2. Don’t know anything about the client’s budget 3. Neither does one flare themselves.
Oh and no they don't come up first on Google or even social media for anything I tried to serach/trigger lol.
ONEFLARE ONE BIG HEADACHE
ONE FLARE ONE BIG HEADACHE. SCAMMERS. We used oneflare to help find furniture removalist and within 10 seconds of filling out email address we were flooded with unwanted and inappropriate ads and offers. Do not give these people your details unless you have all day to manage your email account and answer unwanted phone calls. We will never use them again.. Nothing more than a marketing company selling on your personal information. Never heard from a single removalist either.
Great experience
Easily able to find the exact work I was looking for at a competitive cost.
