I reopened my account again ,because they never fully close it with this they show unrespect for players . I decided to depoait today again in the end there is an issue with provider and i am already waiting for 4 hours for my deposit be credites .
Also all this good reviews are bought from players .
Costumer service asking to write good review and after offering 20 free spins or additional bonus 🤣

Mijn account was geverifieerd. Ik deed een bank opname. De dag nadien was mijn opname geannuleerd en kreeg ik te horen dat ik een bewijs van adres moest leveren die ik de vorige dag geleverd had (waardoor mijn account ook geverifieerd was). Ik kon dit bewijzen aan de hand van een email, maar moest opnieuw een afschrift leveren om te mijn adres te bewijzen. Alles wat ik aanlever om mijn adres te bewijzen wordt hierna afgekeurd. En ik krijg steeds hetzelfde antwoord. Volgens mij zijn voorgaande reviews vals: ‘For successful verification, you need to upload to your profile a document confirming the address: a bank statement, an official letter or a utility bill (except for a telephone bill) not older than 3 months.’
UPDATE: Opnieuw nieuws gekregen dat mijn account volledig geverifieerd is. Nu wacht ik nog op de uitbetaling

My account was verified. I made a withdrawal. The next day my withdrawal was canceled and I was told I had to provide proof of address that I had provided the previous day (which also verified my account). I was able to prove this with an email, but had to provide another copy to prove my address. Everything I provide to prove my address will be rejected after this. And I keep getting the same answer. I think previous reviews are false: ‘For successful verification, you need to upload to your profile a document confirming the address: a bank statement, an official letter or a utility bill (except for a telephone bill) not older than 3 months.’
UPDATE: Received news again that my account has been fully verified. Now I'm still waiting for the payout

Stay away. They dont payout bonus winnings.

Played here for 6 months with no issues untill today. After depositing €200 with a 50% bonus and €12.000 wagering i had €1010,78 left in winnings after finishing the wagering requirment. After that they took away my money and gave me €100 of withdrawable money.

I have screenshots of gameplay history and deposit data. Will reach out to legal support to seek justice.

Reached out to support (Fletcher) to fix this issue but they wont refund. Pure robbery, stay away!
