I tried buying today an iPhone on their website and when entering my card data I got a message saying "the purchase couldn't happen". So I tried once more and same message appeared. I didn't try anymore and after some minutes I received an email saying "thanks for your order!! Check your order here". So I checked and apparently I made it. I sent them and email asking what happened with that and received no answer, so I resent it some hours later and after feeling worried about it, I checked the terrible reviews and decided to send them an email asking for my complete refund.
Obviously they will not answer me, but I'm going to call them tomorrow and ask for explanations and complete refund in the case that the order has been successfully done.
The things is, nobody said here if they saw the charge in their bank accounts. I went in mine and don't even have a holdback of the money, so called them and they told me that if tomorrow, after 24h I dont see a holdback or a charge, the payment was never done. But w-tf is this email with "Thank you for your order!"!??!?!
I'm always gonna check before buying anything and never gonna trust cheaper websites than Amazon.
Can somebody told me if they received the holdback/charge days later or if they had a similar case where they couldn't pay with the VISA (after entering all the data) and then received an email confirmation of the purchase??

Promised "6 to 8 days delivery", 6 weeks later I discover they don't even have my product in stock
TL;DR: Do not buy from this company, even if you're attracted by their prices and beautiful website!
I placed an order, expecting 6 to 8 day delivery. 6 weeks later I find out they don't even have the product in stock. I cancel and ask for a full refund. Will see if refund arrives.
Here's my story.
6 September: I place an order online on onedigitals.de for a Canon 28mm lens. I chose this website because the prices were fantastic (like maybe €50 cheaper than anywhere else).
I received a beautiful confirmation email. But wait, it failed my Hotmail fraud detection checks... hm... I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, the website looked legit after all.
The website states 6 to 8 days delivery (I jsut checked right now and it says 3 to 7 days now!). Simply wonderful.
25 September: I very generously gave them well over "6 to 8 working days" to devlier my new camera lens, still no sign. I start to get suspicious, check out the company online... Bummer, if only I'd checked TrustPilot beforehand...
So I drop One Digitals.de an email asking about the status of my order. I gather from online research that this company is based in Hong Kong so I send one email in English, one in German (I'm ordering off onedigitals.de after all) and one in Chinese for good measure. No reply until....
6 October: I receive a cheeky email from Shopper Approved asking for me to answer a sruvey about how happy I am about the service of OneDigitals. Well, at least someone's contacted me, perhaps they'll be able to help with my order. I drop them an email. Of course, the email was automatically generated so I cannot reply to that email address.
9 and 12 October: I send more emails to OneDigitals.de requesting a status update of my order. More radio silence.
16 October: Pretty annoyed at this point, I decided to take the low road. This is not my finest moment, but hey, worth a shot. I email them the Chinese, English and German emails requesting a status update every hour on the hour all day. Yes, I am essentially spamming them, I am not proud.
17 October: I change the email to something slightly more punchy - going to contact MasterCard, customer neglect, fraudulent website, etc. you get the gist. I send this email every hour on the hour again, though only in English.
18 October: I decide to try and understand the chain of command in this company to figure out who it is I need to contact and who's fault the royal c**k up is. I discover that their distributor is a company called MikyWay Distributor, apparently based in the UK. Great, I can call the UK much cheaper than Hong Kong, as I'm based in Germany. I give it a shot.
28 minutes of waiting in line and I get put through to a lovely lady who, coincidentally has the same first name as me. I immediately bombard her with information - I want to know the exact chain of command to figure out where my product is. She tells me that it's customer service I should be contacting, I ask her to patch me through, the whole time being very insistent about understanding the exact process when a consumer places an order with their company in order to know exactly who it is I need to contact, also highlighting that it seems that many of their customers are displeased with their service. She eventually just asks me for my order number, I give it to her. She says I received an email on 18 September (this mysterious email never made it to my inbox, funnily enough). The email was supposed to say that they had run out of stock in the warehouse and were awaiting a new delivery from their suppliers, but they have no ETA from this supplier. Seriously?! I could be waiting months...! So I ask her to refund instead. I ask her to do it right then and there and she assures me it's done. I ask for email confirmation and ask her to hold the line while I check that the email has come through. (It does).
She tells me my refund should be issued within 2 - 3 working days. I'll give them a week at least then. Let's see what happens.
The long and short of it is, even though their prices are attractive I highly disrecommend ordering from OneDigitals. They may or may not have your product in their warehouse, and if they don't, no one will notify you. You'd be better off paying a bit more and get a product from a reputable seller. Also ALWAYS use PayPal or credit card if possible. And read up about the company online before putting an order through.

NEVER TRUST! This company charged me with 825 euros and never sent a camera or never returned my money back to me! NOW AFTER 9 months! Like many other I also lost about 825 euros by trusting this company.
I ordered a Camera and transferred the money to a British account. the camera did not arrive, I cancelled my order the money is never returned. There is only person on chat at the web and they keep postponing the return of the money! I asked for the name of the boss, but the person on chat said that is confidential!! Why the name of someone who we buy his goods must be confidential?!!! I have almost NO DOUBT that my money will not return! But I will update you if they changed their mind and returned my money. But no news now after 9 months.

From the looks of the website you get the impression it is totally safe to buy from it, because it looks really professional, so I purchased this Sigma 17-70 lens from it which was 80-90 Euros cheaper than other sites !!
And after I did the purchase I was a bit skeptical about this website, so I checked the reviews on trust pilot and I found that it is horrible !, so I just though that I lost 310 euros (which was the price of the lens), but my experience with OneDigitals was completely different than what I expected, i got 3 emails from them regarding my order in the following order:
1- order confirmation right after i did the purchase.
2- after 2 days from placing the order, my order has been processed.
3- after 3 days from placing the order, my order has been shipped and the provided me with the tracking number.
And for 5 days after receiving the last email from them, I didn't get any other emails, so I was getting worried, and I sent them an email, they replied really fast to be honest and told me that my shipment is expected to arrive on saturday 17.Dec, but I received it earlier 1 day finally :)
So the total time taking from placing the order to delivery was exactly 10 days, and it was stated on the site 6-9 days, I think it is very acceptable.
Overall I am really satisfied from the purchase, maybe I am from the lucky ones, but most probably I will deal with them again.
Phone arrived late but fine :)
On the 15th of November I ordered a phone, which was meant to arrive 6-8 days later. On the 23rd I received an email that it was shipped, and would arrive 2-4 days later. However, it hasn't, and the tracking code does not give any results.
The webpage and communication are clumsy, and after reading the other reviews I'm quite worried. Some people here have received their orders, so there seems to be hope still.

UPDATE: My phone arrived the same day and it was in perfectly good state. I'm still waiting to receive the bill, though.
So yes, the website is clumsy and the tracking code never worked, but the email support was quick and friendly. The price was really good, so I don't mind the 3 weeks delivery time.

Nov 9: I got a response stating that "Unfortunately your order is processing by our team and is not shipped yet, I have made request to logistics department and as soon as I will get answer from them I will get in touch with you. My apologies for inconvienence."
Nov 11: order status unchanged: I sent another mail stating that i want to cancel my order.
Today Nov 14: order status unchanged. no confirmation that my order has been canceled. i sent another mail stating my wish to cancel the order.
Just save yourself the hassle spend some bucks more and order from a serious retailer. now all i can do is wait and hope that i will get my money back

Nov 15: they confrimed my cancelation and some days later i received the money. I updated my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.
