I am very disappointed with the service…

I am very disappointed with the service I received from **Rideandgoo** and **Onedayaction**. I was treated unfairly regarding a cancellation that was completely out of my control. Despite explaining the situation, there was little understanding or concern shown for my wellbeing or circumstances.

From a business perspective, this experience felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I had previously received excellent hotel transfer service and intended to remain a loyal customer. Unfortunately, this recent experience has left me feeling let down.

I sincerely hope that a manager will review this matter and reach out to me directly via WhatsApp to resolve it fairly and restore confidence in the company’s customer service

Best experience

One of the best experience i had on my first trip to turkey .
One day action always not only one of the most reasonable priced but all the excursion (we did 4 of them with them ) as was happy with the service provided. Wish we had more day would have definitely tried some more .
Of all the 4 the best one was River rafting with rapido team buggy and zip line .
The jeep safari was the next best . The best part was we had hotel pick up and drop, and all trips were as planned and on time .

Alanya sunset safari

Our trip was meant to be 4-6hours but was over in 2hrs20mins. The trip was rushed with no time to explore the places we had booked to see. Everyone was disappointed- especially the children.

A fun and exciting experience

We had a lovely time on this tour! Everything went seamlessly and we got to see several beautiful and interesting places. The crew was super friendly and helpful and the food was great! Only small minus was that there could have been more sunbeds on the sundeck, but there was plenty of room on the padded benches for those who didn’t get a sunbed. All in all it was an incredible experience!
