I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service I received from **Rideandgoo** and **Onedayaction**. I was treated unfairly regarding a cancellation that was completely out of my control. Despite explaining the situation, there was little understanding or concern shown for my wellbeing or circumstances.
From a business perspective, this experience felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I had previously received excellent hotel transfer service and intended to remain a loyal customer. Unfortunately, this recent experience has left me feeling let down.
I sincerely hope that a manager will review this matter and reach out to me directly via WhatsApp to resolve it fairly and restore confidence in the company’s customer service
