This company is merciless with regard to your personal circumstances and they will use the no cooling off period business to business clause. Shocking business practices, even more so in a time of global pandemic.

Lee called me to arrange my pre order for the new iPhone, he went through all the details very thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the contract i was going into for the next 24 months! Lovely to speak to and very friendly! Thank you Lee!

one con more like

listen very carefully to the end where they run through the contract quickly, they say anything you want to here then at the end of the conversation skip through a different contract than the one promised and thats the one your stuck with,
maybe they should change their name to one con

Appreciative Thanks

Whilst I recently had telephone conversations with a few members of staff at this company Emily stands out as being one of the most outstanding members in her role in Customer Care. She had endless patience during a stressful situation I found myself in. Emily's calm reassuring manner helped tremendously and I felt she went that 'extra mile'. Not only was she efficient and professional she had a lovely cheerful attitude which helped brighten my day.
