The One adapter is a great piece of equipment, perfect for travel! I have only used it for 3 days/nights, but appreciate the convenience and quick charge I get. The only thing I would say about the buying experience is that the company should make the buyer aware that it is shipped from Hong Kong. It took my package 3 weeks to arrive.

Bought a OneGo. I like the device, but unfortunately it has stopped working a week after receiving it. I have submitted an RMA request via their website, however I haven’t heard back. Having read other reviews, it appears the company don’t respond to warranty requests, so it’ll likely end up being a chargeback through my credit card company. We’ll see.

Never received it, you didn't answer my emails inquiring about it. If I don't receive it tomorrow, I'm declining the credit card charge

The BEST travel adapter out there. I can charge my phone, iPad, and laptop all at the same time and it takes them no time to charge. As someone who travels so much, this is a MUST HAVE. Absolutely love it!

I ordered the OneWorld135 adapter in blue for $109 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive it despite numerous emails to them via their automated tracking and 5 phone calls with no response whatsoever. I have noticed that others have had this same issue. The tracking indicates it was shipped from Hong Kong and has been in Chicago for over 2 weeks. Unfortunately I believe this is a scam and will go through my credit card company to report this. BEWARE.

I saw tons of cheaper ones on Amazon and even bought some, but they're all terrible. One broke before I even landed, the other just didn't work at all, and the one that did took ages to charge my phone. The OneAdaptr has been by far the best investment I could've ever made now it's the only adapter I take with me everywhere and charge my phone, laptop, ipad and headphones all at the same time wherever I go. Whether you travel or not this thing is amazing I use it at home to keep all my devices charged!

Great product! Works very well and it's built pretty tough. Happy so far.

I searched the internet for good quality travel adapters that could be branded and had USB C ports.
Oneadapter had not only this capability of branding but excellent product choice. So I purchased for both my company and then also purchased onegoworld135 for myself. I just finished a trip and was able to leave Mac charger, juice bar and several cables at home…brilliant.
Can highly recommend for both personal use and as corporate gifts, my customers love the OneWorld adapters.

The item they sent was returned by postal comoany due to being damaged during shipping. Oneadaptr does not respond to emails or on their social media. The support chat is also ignored. They scammed me

Edit: Eventually (8 March) their support agents reached out to me and sent me a new package and I received it on 27 March, and thoughtfully added an extra gift as an apology. They have since been quick on replying to my emails. For this turnaround I've increased my review to 3 stars. I don't know if I can give 5 stars as I don't know if the turnaround was only due to me being persistent in commenting on their adverts. I hope for everyone's sake that there are more reviews incoming that show that their period between december and now was just a hiccup. So for now I would say I am tentatively optomistic about their business. And the product seems pretty good, so there's no complaints on that department yet.

The OneGo device that I ordered does not work. I have tried to contact the company to understand how to have it replaced, using the chat facility on the website and by email. I have had no reply to any of these communications. There is no customer service whatsoever and yet they continue to send advertising emails. I am appalled and disgusted.

There should be an option for zero stars! I have sent them emails, chat messages, and Instagram messages regarding an order placed in early November and supposedly shipped a week later. No reply. Silence! The tracking number provided also did not work. Says tracking number does not exist! Still no reply! Awful! Criminal! And they are still advertising!

This website is a scam. 56 days and still no adapter. Zero response to my numerous enquiries. Bogus Tracking. Avoid!

The product arrived, and occasionally it works, but most of the time it just cuts in and out giving at best intermittent power. Lesson learned read trustpilot reviews rather than sponsored "journalist's" reviews.

This company is nothing but a fraudulent organization, just as other reviewers have rightfully pointed out. If it were possible, I would give them zero stars. I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. Even the shipping number is false

Ordered and paid for goods in 2 separate orders on
16.November 2023 and 25.November 2023. Got shortly email, that orders are shipped but wihtout any kind of tracking onformation or similar. 1 month later NONE of the goods arrived and that is NOT possible top contact OneAdaptr any way -- on theor web is just a bot with no real help and all emails are just returned as to non existing addresses, altough I sent requests to emails mentioned in confirmations of the orders.

Very, Very slow shipping. They advertise 7-10 business days and it took weeks and did not make it in time for my trip. It is also an overpriced, cheap piece of crap. You would much better off buying a less expensive adapter from amazon. I really wish I read the trustpilot reviews before I made my purchase.

Fraudulent company as other reviewers have described. Should be absolutely no stars, but couldn’t write comment without giving something. Do not buy. I don’t know how to elevate this - they even have PayPal fooled as they closed my case - shame on them too
