DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT IN 7 MONTHS... I purchased my first oneworld135 in feb of 2024. Really loved the product and decided to order another for my partner a year later on January 18th 2025. I have not received the item and all of my countless emails to support have not received any feedback. I even paid for expedited shipping and now I'm out 200 CAD.

Extremely disappointing as I had built up faith in this company and their products...

Poor QA, Unresponsive Support

I bought two OneGo (one Grey and one White) and a OneWorld65. The hinge on the OneGo White failed whilst on holiday within the first four or five uses. This makes it difficult/impossible to use for charging a watch and headphones (you can lie it flat to charge a phone). I have tried contacting OneAdaptr support both on their website and via X (formerly Twitter) and have had no response in the past two weeks. I'm having a good experience with the grey OneGo that I purchased but, at the moment, I couldn't recommend it because of the poor support.

Poor delivery and customer service

No confirming email was received after ordering nor an estimated delivery date or tracking information were provided. The adapter arrived almost 3 weeks after I ordered it. By that time I had departed the U. S. I returned the adapter unopened and requested a refund via their website.

No response from OneAdaptr about a faulty item

I ordered and received a OneGo 6 months ago. A few weeks ago, the part that supports the unit and charges the iPods broke. The unit no longer stands up.I have written three times to customer service asking for a repair or replacement under the warranty with no response

Product did not arrive on time (took…

Product did not arrive on time (took longer than committed 7-10 biz days) and no response to communication to get status along the. Shop app had no updates, just showed the order. A colleague had recommended highly... but had to get an alternative via "A" for my trip.

Absolute rubbish company

Absolute rubbish company. In fact I'm convinced it's a scam. Ordered a adaptor never got it. Then contacted the company at first they said they would send it. Waited another period of time so by this stage wanted a refund... Contact was kept then they went silent. Rubbish

Best adapters on the market

I've ordered 3 adapters, 2x 65W previously (came with 2 free usb hubs) and recently a 135W and oneworld mag safe power bank. They are by far the best adapters I've ever gotten...miles ahead of the lightweight junk you grab at the airport. You can feel it in the weight that they are a step above. Worth the high price for sure.

Shipping was relatively fast (I believe the 1st order came from the US, 2nd order came from Hong Kong...they used to not ship the power bank from the US for whatever reason, but now it was fine).

Very happy with the product, highly recommended.

Products look nice but fail within weeks with no customer service.

The products are nice, but the build quality is poor. I’ve had both generations of the One Go and both have broken within weeks. The company does not provide any customer support whatsoever so if anything goes wrong your only recourse is a chargeback through your card provider. I should’ve learned after the first version broke within a week, however I liked the design of the updated model so gave them another go. Fool me once, and all that. I advise anyone contemplating these products to look elsewhere, unfortunately.
