Great

Never had a problem with these received many as presents. You just use it like any other regular gift card and never had a problem with any of the shops listed accepting these. So easy never even had to use their customer service so can’t rate on that.

Can't spend the whole balance lol

Can't spend the whole balance lol. I should clarify, you can't spend the whole balance because it's a pre-paid debit card, and you can only use one card per transaction online, so you need to spend the exact balance or not at all. This is intentional by them as they start taking 90p per month on unused balances after a while.

I wouldn’t even give 1 Star if they had…

I wouldn’t even give 1 Star if they had option for 0. Terrible customer service they literally don’t have idea what to answer for the queries. They do the delay for more than a week to reissue a card which was said to be done within 2 working days. When asked, they don’t have any answer at all.

Might as well throw the money on the bin

So complicated to use it is virtually impossible. Even if you manage to find a retailer that accepts them (not many decent ones) it has to be the EXACT amount (or less, and you lose the difference). Shop assistants have literally no idea how to accept them even if you explain it very simply to them.
So I have got a card for £50 that I simply cannot use. Cant even exchange it for a gift card that I could use as part payment somewhere. Tried to buy a proper gift card in a shop with it and got accused of scamming
How on earth is this business still operating?

As our gift cards work off a Visa Debit platform, part payment is not available online. If you are using the gift card in a store you can use it as part-payment by informing the cashier of the balance on the card and by paying the remaining balance via alternative means.

Most retailers can accept up to three forms of payment, but it does depend on each individual retailer if part payment is accepted. This cannot be processed online. When spending online the balance of the gift card must cover the full transaction cost.

AVOID AVOID AVOID buying One4all gift…

AVOID AVOID AVOID buying One4all gift cards. If you don't spend them within a certain time they take money (monthly admin fee - why when other cards don't) and so leave you with nothing as they are hard to spend. They are very complicated to spend and use. I have wasted so much time on these and am sorry if I have ever bought these for anyone. Struggled to spend them in shops and online - hard to believe the company still exists.

Very bad experience ordered a birthday…

Very bad experience ordered a birthday gift card to be sent by SMS and it was not delivered no explanation. I checked on the website and it just said order cancelled which left £100 pending on my bank account which I couldn’t spend managed to contact them and they said there was issue with the transaction. But if that was the case then how could it be pending from my bank? So not happy with this company at all would’ve given minus stars if possible.

Archaic rubbish

I wanted to spend my card online but I was spending more than the amount on the card. On their website it says you can exchange your card for a retailer e voucher so you can spend more if you want to. You can’t. The website is false. The card cannot be used to part pay online. I asked my brother for a Boots voucher and he got me this rubbish card. If I could review my brother on here I would.

Expired Card

Worst gift card experience ever

I have never encountered a gift card that is so difficult to spend online! Having tried multiple times to order something from JD Sports I’ve now given up. I get the feeling that the rigmarole you have to go through to use this card is intentional so that people will give up and not redeem them. No other gift card I have ever had is this difficult to use. Definitely avoid them.

Worst gift card

One of the worst way of giving gift to loved one using this gift cards. This card can't be used online if purchase price is higher than gift card. Most of retailer doesn't offer combine multiple payment option. So only option left is to travel to supplier's location to purchase in store. Better give cash or amazon voucher.

It's been 6 days and no update on where on earth the gift card I've ordered is.

Received an email 6 days ago saying my gift card is on it's way and I still haven't received it. This is meant to be an order that arrives in 1-3 days... A friend of mine is going through something unthinkable and this was placed as a gift for them.

I still have not received any clarity on when it will be arriving. I tried calling the number on their site and it clearly is not a working line.

I have emailed and if I don't hear back within 48 hours I will be in contact with my bank - frustrating really.

Do not use!

Do not use! The retailers that One4All advertise you can use the card with often do not accept the card online, only in store. That’s even retailers that One4All advertise as accepting the card online. Then even when you go in store to use the card, retailers hate it because it’s difficult for them to process if you’re using it as a part payment. Never has it been more difficult spend a gift😕

Further to the response from One4All, this is not correct - the online icon is against retailers that have confirmed that they do not accept One4All cards online, only in-store. I have suggested to One4All via email that they stop misleading customers and correct the errors.

If I could give them a zero I would. There was a mix up with the card I bought their mistake, I purchased another and NEVER received my money back for the first card, I have been calling and emailing since DECEMBER 2025 and it's ridiculous that I can't get back what is mine.
