Customer service is terrible!

We've been loyal customers for years, but recent changes to our Zoho One package have left us dissatisfied. The service we previously received has been downgraded, and yet we're being charged additional fees. Despite already paying extra for workspaces with C4L, it seems that the goal is to exploit customers by continuously downgrading services and demanding more money.

We will be suspending all payments for now, as we refuse to pay extra for basic services while already paying €1700 per month. We strongly disagree with these practices and will be considering switching to a different supplier if the issue isn’t resolved promptly.

Disappointing experience overall.

Shopify's integration API is NOTWORKING

Absolutely horrific, Zoho Inventory is full of bugs. Imagine that Inventory doesn't even recognize a sale return from Shopify. The inventory count never sync properly. It's a total nightmare. After paying specialist to create workflows and API, they've given up on the tasks. Absolutely no return from Zoho IT suppport except ''we're working on It''. 8 month and 10's of thousand of dollars down the drain.

OK for startups - but support is woeful

The Zoho product suite is okay .

However the support and attitude of the support team from Zoho One is pathetic.

I started a new business and needed to open a new account. I was made a large number of promises that transferring data would be simple.

In the end I needed to keep the old account open for 7 months and did half of the migration myself (either manually or with API scripts) ..

Promises for re-compensation of this time were not honoured.

Unacceptable Lack of Response & Ongoing Issues Post-Migration - User ID: 60041858533 WORST CUSTOMER CARE

Dear Zoho One Customer Care,

This email serves as extremely negative feedback regarding the abysmal level of support I have received since reporting critical issues on June 3rd, 2025, following my account migration.

To reiterate, I am a paid Zoho One customer (User ID: 60041858533) and am still facing severe, unresolved problems across multiple core Zoho applications:

Zoho Mail: Critical issue with email delivery – some emails are received, others are not. Furthermore, I've received an error from a client, indicating a systemic problem.
Zoho Books: My plan incorrectly displays as "classic member" instead of my paid Zoho One subscription.
Zoho To Do: All my data appears to have been deleted post-migration, and I am unable to access it.

It is frankly unacceptable that despite raising these significant issues, I have received absolutely no reply or acknowledgment from your team. I have been actively chasing a resolution for an extended period, which is a complete waste of my time and resources.

The ongoing delay is not merely inconvenient; it is directly causing financial loss and severely impacting my business operations. This experience is far below the expected standard for a paid enterprise solution like Zoho One.

I demand immediate and effective assistance to resolve these long-standing issues. If a swift and satisfactory resolution is not provided without further delay, I will be forced to seriously consider exploring alternative solutions for my business needs.

You can expect me to share this feedback broadly if these issues are not addressed with the urgency they warrant.

Zoho have shut our business down

Zoho have shut our business down. We have lost access to our WorkDrive Folder and emails have been blocked and there is ZERO support until Monday. The company has shut our business down for the weekend.
I have been trying to solve this for almost 24 hours. emailed numerous times, tried numbers chats and contact centers. All are closed. DO NOT CONSIDER THEIR PRODUCT... They will cripple you.

I've now tried zoho every time I call the call drops when I do get through they promise me a call back I've upgraded £57 instead of £160 just to see how the treat me all I want is to buy a domain and get on line tempted to as for a refund they treat you like garbage avoid like the plaice horrible company no integrity

Full of bugs, ilogical and just a waste of time.

We have used ZoHo one for a long time, and it was the worst decision for our company to get involved with ZoHo.

If you start migrating your company into a ZoHo ecosystem, be prepared to spent time on system administration the equals full time employees.

Their platforms are so full bugs, poor architecture, poor development that the frustrations alone are not worth it.

We have really tried.
But not matter what system we try to setup, we are always met with ilogical behavior that makes the systems either useless or just something that does not optimize your business but much more time consuming than anything i have ever worked with.

I have almost tried all zoho systems there are.
My list of issues and problems is longer than characters i'm allowed to write here.

My best advice to anyone who are considering zoho... DON'T. You are wasting your time and your money.
