It's a SCAM

It's a SCAM. In Mexico, they fled with all the $$ from the memberships, without paying the gyms or their employees, and so the clients are left without a gym and with the membership debt.

I got a membership for 4 months

I got a membership for 4 months, to try, because I saw very good studios around me, which privilee didn't have. In less than a month they removed this studios, than other one near me, than other one... and support kept telling me that 1Fit "in a talking phase" for 2 weeks.
I'm very disappointed from them and cancelled membership. They didn't refund everything for the rest 3 months, they took their commission. So for 1 month of using it they took 1100 aed. Horrible. They are scamming, promising and changing their words. Going for privilee
I don't advise to subscribe with them. You will be disappointed 😞

The app doesn't work, I can't cancel my membership and no one is helping me!

Very disappointed with their Customer Service.
I need to cancel my membership and the app is not working for more or less 2 weeks. I reached out
via the form online with no response, also called and you’re not even answering the phone!

Tried the website and it still refers me to the main menu instead of cancelling my membership.

It should be easy to cancel the membership via the app! And I hope that when they decide to cancel my subscription that they cancel it in the moment, not that they give me another month, because I've waited a lot!

Unbelievable! I won't be coming back with them.

I’ve already sent multiple emails the…

I’ve already sent multiple emails the last couple of weeks to customer service. Only way is through the form on their website, but they simply never respond.

My simple question is if they can pause my membership, because the pausing option in the Onefit app or neither in the new Urban Sports app doesn’t work. So I keep paying every Monthly renewal this way. They claim you can reach them by telephone between 10.00 - 12.00, yes I tried that also multiple times. You’ll get a recording machine saying that they don’t pick up the phone, because they prefer to be busy with responding on emails. LOL. Which they never do.

Once they’ll (hopefully) finally get back to me, I will stop and delete my account instead of pausing. Done with this company and their bad service.

I signed up

I signed up, paid the verification fee of 1 cent and nothing... I was charged and there is no access to the account. I can't cancel the subscription because I can't log in, it doesn't work. I didn't even get any email. So if they take money from my account now, it will be theft. I have no way to fix it.

Ik heb ze een bericht geschreven en ze hebben niet geantwoord, ze hebben me alleen een standaardbeoordeling gestuurd of ik tevreden was met hun hulp. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n grap als deze gezien.

App experience is terrible and you're getting additional charges for it!!

App experience is terrible, hard to navigate and often doesn't work properly, preventing from registering to classes or check-in to classes, which often leads to you paying an additional 10 euro fee for "no-show".
Also, I was surprised my membership auto-renewed like 10 days before the end of your current period, without any notice... An App that should make life of users easier and cheaper instead makes it harder and waste of money.

useless app

useless app - cant check-in no matter how hard you try and then you get slapped with a fine and they blame it on the user or the internet connection. I so regret cancelling my Classpass subscription for this bad experience

Horrible

Horrible admin, you cannot stop your membership, it will just continue
You cannot take lasses to the next period

Very happy with my OneFit membership

Very happy with my OneFit membership, it helped me stay motivated throughout the week with all different types of sports. I find it very convenient as I can do Yoga, HIIT and swimming all in the same membership.

Not even a star worth

Not even a star worth. Happened so many times that my membership is blocked. I am waiting for an answer from customer service, in the meanwhile I can’t book any classes, while my membership this month is soon to be finished and I still have a few classes left. This is very frustrating.

Glitchy app, unfair fees

I have been a ClassPass user for 6 months now and I wanted to try something new, so downloaded onefit.

The first thing I was struck with was the glitchy app. For some reason when I tried to book a class it kept showing “error” so naturally I gave up and booked another class at another studio.

This “error” bookings weren’t shown in my upcoming bookings section for 24 hrs + so i thought it just didn’t go through, etc which would be annoying but not the end of the world.

However, this evening, all of a sudden there was the error bookings displayed under “missed bookings” plus I was slapped with a €10 no-show fee when 1) the app didn’t even register it properly in their system 2) it only appeared after the class was over meaning there was no chance for me to cancel it if I had seen it prior.

To be honest, it’s ridiculous that onefit is charging me for a mistake from their end (glitching app). I have sent an email to support but after reading these reviews I am not hopeful.

I am waiting for a reply from their team but until then, I may have to stick with ClassPass which is a shame as onefit seemed promising.

One fit is a scam

One fit is a scam. My account was deactivated in March, and yet they have been charging me 65 euro per month for the last more then half a year.

I still can't find a way to stop it, and am looking for a layer to get my money back, and remove my details from their system.

Don't sign up. Don't trust them your bank information.

No show fines are ridiculous

The way the process works with no show fees is ridiculous, specially if you don't checkin for some reason you will be charged even tho you been there.
Doesn't make any sense to put that on the customer and fine him. Money grab.

OneFit's check-in process is really frustrating

OneFit's check-in process is really frustrating. Even if you check in at the studio, you also have to remember to check in on their app. If you forget, they charge you €10, which seems really unfair. What's worse is that they won't help you out even if you can prove you were at the studio. This is ridiculous, especially when companies like NS just give you your money back if you forget to check out without my evidence.

It baffles me that OneFit punishes the customer for a problem that's really about their own process. When I'm in a hurry to get to a workout, the last thing on my mind is checking in on the app.

Stay away from Onefi unless absolutely necessary, like in my case where it's partially sponsored by my company. I am canceling my subscription the moment I change employer.

To sum up, your approach feels less like customer service and more like a slap in the face.

OneFit was a letdown

OneFit was a letdown – the app was confusing, and I hit a glitch trying to register for a class. Even though I couldn't sign up, they slapped me with a no-show fee. Totally unfair for their mess-up. Customer support didn't help much, making me regret trying OneFit at all.

The worst service that I experienced

I've using OneFit for long and the customer service was always bad and unresponsive as the App that regularly is not working and we can't check in when we are in the class and then they charged me. Lately the service is not bad is INEXISTENT. How can a company charge me 65Eur for a membership and not provide any support?! I've been sending emails, to a Support inexistent inbox, contact them via web ticket with no response and when I reached out the Support Manager via LinkedIn she said that she is not accountable. They don't respond so they aren't refunding me regarding their App issues and the worst is that they charged my membership but currently I want to join the classes and they charge me 10Eur as extra when I have all credits to use. There's no entity that regulate this fraudulent company????! Unbelievable

Easy to use and reasonable price

I really enjoy my membership with OneFit. Easy access to workouts at the best studios in the city, for a reasonable price. What I like most is that I can try a lot of different workouts. Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want to commit to just one gym.
