Oncewed.com is Trolled by scammers. I was selling my daughters wedding dress on the website. I was contacted by BRIDE TO BE-I researched her online and all seemed legitimate. I forwarded a PayPal invoice received confirmation of payment. Sent the dress and no payment was received. I contacted customer service. THEY WERE NO HELP AT ALL. THERE IS NO SELLER PROTECTION AS THEY CLAIM ON THE WEBSITE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I KNOW THERE ARE BAD PEOPLE OUT THERE I THOUGHT THE WEBSITE WOULD MONITOR. CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFERED NOTHING TO COMPENSATE. BAD BUSINESS. BE AWARE I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I was scammed on this website. There is no tracking of contact information like on POWD. So the seller contacts you via email separately. There is no confirmation. The websites itself didn't scam me and they responded quickly but the seller wasn't screened and when I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond but they only have sellers email and no other information. This is my own fault but this website does little to protect its users. The website is not safe to use. Also Beware of user dominiond567 at gmail And number 515-329-1801. And 940-601-1589. Scam artist.
