I absolutely loved once upon! So easy to use, very user friendly! Uploaded all my photos, received advice for better quality uploads and I had the option to preview before I buy! ❤️ the quality was impeccable and I'm so în love with how my albums came out! 100% recommend and will most definitely be using it again! ❤️

LOVE my books
I was so hesitant to buy from here after reading some of the reviews about photos being blurry, but I’m so glad I did! I got 6 books (semi-gloss, hard cover large) and they turned out amazing!! The app was so easy to use and the order came super fast to me in Australia. Will definitely be ordering more as I need.

All great, works as promised
All great, fast delivery as promised! App works great, I like the paper options and the quality of the prints. I don’t have to spend time with organizing and editing, all I do is let the algorythm do its job. Most of the time it is already perfect!
The only downsize could be the price. I hope there will be more promo in the future or rewards for loyal customers;)
I would welcome iPad native app as well!

Brought so much joy for my fiancé and myself
I love the text feature of the platform! Not only could I print our favorite pictures, I could write a story behind them which gave my fiancée tears of joy. The result was so sleek and pristine, image quality was amazing. Will definitely try this out again!

Good Customer Service
My product arrived with a flaw in it. Once I reached out to Customer Service it was resolved quickly. I'd highly recommend checking your order thoroughly on arrival. However the quality of it was lovely once it was rectified.

Printed extra page, no customer service response yet
The book was nice, the second time I’ve bought one. But they printed a page that I removed during the editing stage and I contacted them about sorting it out and despite their claim about responding within 24 hours of a business day, I have received no such response. This is for my anniversary and the extra page they printed has identical photos from two other pages so it looks ridiculous.
EDIT: I’ve received a response and everything was taken care of. I will continue to buy anniversary books 👍
