My first-time experience with OnBuy was excellent. I like that their site lists 'best price' (very competitive!) but also has a 'recommended' supplier for each listing. I went with their recommendation for a few £ more. My order was placed on a Thursday and delivered to me (no delivery charge) by Royal Mail 24H tracked before midday on Friday - much faster than expected. Well packed and fully genuine sealed item. I will use OnBuy again.

The Company did well as I ordered 4 items three arrived as planned dates and One Item did not received? Maybe supplier of goods lost the plot and not arrived on my step otherwise the company did their best and offered refund which I was pleased. The report is correct and genuine and I did not receive an incentive to write it .

Really annoyed as received Urban Decay all nighter setting spray yesterday and it's definately a fake. I've been using this setting spray for 6 years and it smells nothing like the original. I am sure what's inside the bottle is just water or the original watered right down! No wonder it was half the price it normally costs. WILL NOT ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN AS YOU ARE SELLING FAKE ITEMS.
