Still got no refund nor was I contacted. Involved paypal customers protection but I'm afraid the money is lost.
Items that I purchased were nothing like what were pictured. To say looks cheap is an understatement!!! Looks like an 8 year old with a crappy sewing machine and some of moms extra material was tasked to fill my order. No tags, cheap material, and threads not cut flush. My adult daughter and husband thought it was joke when they saw what I received. VERY DISAPPOINTED............RUN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE/HACK OF A COMPANY!! HIGH END COLLECTION......... MY ARSE!!!! Also, 1 star is too generous.
The dress that I purchased was cheap and not as pictured. I wish I could upload pictures of what I ordered bs what I received. I immediately requested requested a refund and have not received a response after 3 email attempts.
I ordered two items from Omyke and was extremely disappointed. The items I received were not the same quality as shown in the pictures—one in particular was advertised as a linen blend but feels more like cheap polyester or nylon. It’s nothing like what was described.
I’m willing to cover the return shipping as stated on their website, but I’ve emailed twice and have received no response whatsoever. The lack of customer service is frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment—shop elsewhere.
