I used to be very satisfied with this website, but my recent experience has completely changed that. I ordered a pair of trousers, paid in full, but received the wrong model. I returned them using the company’s return label and was told they would check if the correct model was still available. In the meantime, I was refunded.

They then sent me the correct trousers via a "pay later" option, but unfortunately, they were too small. I returned them—again using their return label—and also emailed the tracking code as requested.

Now, three months later, they claim they never received the return and say the tracking code is no longer valid. I did everything according to their process, used their label, and provided the tracking info. If the code expired, how is that my responsibility?

I’m extremely disappointed. I followed every step correctly, and yet I’m being held accountable for something that’s clearly not my fault. Be cautious when ordering—returns might turn into a nightmare.

Does anyone know legal protection rights? Should I email Test-Achat?

Horrible quality, bad client service!!!!

I have bought a jacket with a nice color that I fell in love BUT the jacket arrived with loose buttons and pilling on the fabric and looking already very old. I have returned it to Onoda within the required timelines however they did not accept it!

They blamed me for wearing the jacket and making it look old. THIS IS NOT TRUE!
Jacket was not worn and already received in a bad Quality. It is my legal right to return it.

I DONOT trust this company anymore and will never do shopping. I would not recommend it to anyone!!!

Bought gift for xmas on this site, all the other packages I bought on other site arrived but not this one. They sent me a mail saying sorry etc., so I instantly try to cancel my order hoping to get my money back. There is no way to cancel the order online by yourself you have to call or mail, which was not easy at all. I called so many times (with some numbers they listed on the site but saying "this number is not in use"). Finally it got through, and I waited on the phone for 20mins and someone picked it up and helped me. It's a relief that I got my money back, and i will never come back to this site again.

I have 35 and I always find what I search for. I never buy my shoes anywhere else then omada.
