Had a disappointing experience but Omocat made it right. I discovered that the shirt i ordered was actually a burnout style shirt (designed to fade in the wash). I do think their is room for improvement, such as allowing onsite product reviews and having clearer desceiptions. I spoke to Kali understood my frustration and went out of their way to make it right. I was severally lacking sleep and wasn't the nicest customer in those emails. After seeing reviews here I thought I was going to be dumped with a shirt i didnt want or huge shipping costs, but it turned out better than fine. Kali sorted me and I couldn't be happier. I would buy from them again :)

Horrendous customer service and very overpriced, Roses sweater was so cheap and ugly does not look like the picture at all the colors are so dull the picture was brightened to the point where it looked like completely different product, zero help from customer service, They send you a label you have to pay to print Wow I could have written that myself.

Omocat takes no responsibility for this which is pure arrogance. There are many other artist online and it’s kind of pathetic to have zero customer service in a business. So that leaves me responsible to the pay the shipping to myself when I buy a product, pay for shipping back at my cost and pay shipping again If I want an exchange it’s a very poor and petty way of doing business I have bought many items overlooking the price but this will be my last purchase, because they can not take part of the responsibility for altering the image, they throw it all on the customer and that is a horrible business model even if they paid for the shipping they would still make money on my purchase because of the high price of the item. So be mindful that if you by any chance you aren’t satisfied with your purchase you will either be stuck with something you do not want or you will pay shipping threefold. Lastly they do not have reviews on their page which speaks volumes.

Terrible costumer service. Sent me the wrong item. Took about a week and a half to respond to my claim and by that time the item I had order was sold out.

Bought a jacket and a shirt. Both overpriced but I knew that beforehand. Still.

Only received the shirt and someone else's packing slip. No emails or messages have prompted replies since Monday and it's Friday now. Customer service is nonexistent.

Will be filing a dispute.

My order came in 6 days after I ordered it, a day earlier than the tracking service predicted. It came with a free-of-charge return slip in the package. The sweater is warm and the design is exactly as pictured on the website. If you like the designs, have no reservations about ordering from Omocat
