We have been working with Omny (previously Corinthian Benefits) for nearly 7 years now - initially administering our company pension and more latterly a wider range of benefits / cover for employees.

Very positive experience of working with our direct account team (initially Adele and more latterly Bob) - both knowledgeable and contentious benefits consultants.

Only negative is that in the rate instances the account team are on leave / we're been between AMs, responsiveness can be patchy but otherwise we're a happy long term customer.

Omny provided great communication and liaison with the assessor of our Fire Risk assessment. Their oversight ensured an efficient interface between all parties.
The assessor, Kyle, was pragmatic and knowledgeable whilst thorough during the inspection. Fair and objective, he mixes real-world solutions with current RRO/HSE/BSA regulations and has been very helpful with advice and guidance.

OMNY Group delivered everything that was discussed on time, having Gina Regan available to walk us through everything has been invaluable.

We partnered with Vero HR (now part of Omny Group) in 2023 to provide a complete outsourced HR solution. Our account director, Alex, has been the main point of contact throughout and we have access to her colleagues in different specialisms as and when required. It’s proven to be an efficient and effective way to run our HR function and I have every confidence that our relationship will continue to flourish under the Omny umbrella.
