Plugins Abandoned

Second what the reviewer below has stated.

The developer seems to have given up on their plugins, no updates or even contact for months on end.

Such a shame as they were good plugins when being regularly developed and maintained.

"Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to me.

Etsy has completed the sunsetting of its V2 API, and now only supports V3. This means that the Importer can no longer communicate with Etsy.

Due to personal commitments, I am unable to migrate the plugin to V3, and its development has come to a halt.

I bought several license of this plugin…

I bought several license of this plugin and it was working great until lately. I have always experienced slow response from the developer, I assume he is a one man show, which I admire, but if you are continuing to sell the product you need to offer support. I emailed him over and over about issues with my Etsy store importing listings and I have not heard back. I think he has checked out of this product so if you have issues do not expect help. Just go with another plugin, we have 500 products with hundreds of variations and its a mess now to move over to another plugin but I guess it's time.
