This is a scam. They stole $1300 from me. The worst people to deal with.

I paid OmniScale LLC $1,300 USD on April 23, 2026 for a done-for-you campaign and sales support engagement.

My experience has been extremely poor and very similar to the other review here.

Before payment, communication was active and expectations were high. After payment, I repeatedly had to chase for basic updates, reporting, call recordings, email metrics, call logs, dispositions, callbacks, and meetings booked.

To date, I have not received a comprehensive activity report, I have not received the call recordings I requested, and I have not seen evidence of qualified meetings booked or revenue generated from the engagement.

The missed meetings and lack of communication have been the biggest issue. Scheduled meetings were repeatedly missed, moved, or not properly attended. Most recently, three scheduled meetings in a row were missed or not attended, despite me joining and waiting. I also sent written emails documenting the missed meetings and asking for a response.

After I requested reporting and refund confirmation, I was removed from the WhatsApp and Discord communication channels. Email is now the only available communication method, and my written requests have still not been answered.

In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable for a company that takes upfront payment under contract. If real campaign work was performed, I should be able to see clear reporting, call recordings, meeting data, and campaign metrics. Instead, I have had to chase repeatedly while meetings were missed and communication broke down.

Based on my experience, I strongly would not recommend OmniScale LLC. Do not pay upfront unless every deliverable, reporting requirement, refund term, meeting expectation, and consequence for non-performance is clearly written and enforceable.

Avoid working with them

Avoid working with them, so many interactions and hype at the start, after the payment the don't reply or reply late, no meetings, no reports, nothing at all. After one month of $5,000 of investment in total I get 0 clients. They took care of everything, from landing page to appointments and closing... $0 in revenue of $5,000 investment, I definetely feel scammed
