I was assisted by Daniyal and he gave me his word that it would be completed by a certain date and that was exqctly what happened! From start to finish the process of creating a special piece for my partners bday with the Omniore team was perfect and considering the timescale given they manage to pull it off..

Joke of a company. I ordered a chain from the kiosk at Westfields and was assured by the guy running it that I'd have my chain within 3 weeks.
7 weeks later nothing at all, not even a response to my emails sent in that time. I should have known better as he didn't have a clue what he was doing when he was putting in my information. They take payment straight away and then just ignore you afterward which is bordering on straight up theft. Luckily I was refunded by my CC provider. Don't be a wally and order from these guys as they are seriously useless.

I ordered a custom ring with moissanite and it looks amazing but the only downside is you need to wait abit if that’s not a problem for you then I would definitely recommend it

Terrible experience, I do not recommend it at all, I have had a dispute with my order for over 2 months and they still have not given me a solution to their error. I ordered a chain and a bracelet and I only received the chain, I have been constantly emailing them as they do not have a phone number. They reply after several days or even week but are very vague and just say that the matter is being looked into.

I was then told that the item has been sent out and I should receive tracking info! But guess what, 6 weeks later and still no tracking. I have chased this up numerous times and they give absolutely no explanation expect for the fact that the fulfilment centre should’ve got back to me.

0 stars, absolutely horrendous and time consuming. Disgraceful customer service.

I lost the first challenge and was quite upset then the second time I won. I thought it would be a scam but I ended up winning a chain.

bad experience, I do not recommend it at all, I have had a dispute since 02/20/24 and they still have not given me a solution to their error, I have ordered a chain and a bracelet and I only received the chain, they do not have a phone number, only email email and they respond whenever they feel like it and they don't solve anything. It has only given me problems and no solution and my money was still lost. deserves 0 stars. I returned the parcel and sent it back because Royal Mail said their address does not exist.
