We've been working with the managed services team from Omniconvert for a good while now and besides the testing capabilities of Explore, what truly makes the experience and experiments great are the people that make the experimentation team.

From the account manager that is there for you with a solution, planning, results... whatever you need (in a timely manner) to the developers that really go their way out to find implementation solutions, to the QA team which every time goes beyond experiments and comes also with feedback to unknown e-commerce platform bugs...they all put great effort to their service but also to their improving of knowledge and skills!

And all of these efforts toped only by their data team, clever, witty and thorough.

We've been using Reveal for quite a while now and it has become a tool we recommend for all our ecommerce clients. What you can achieve and do with it is incredible and the seamless integration into all your other tools is epic.

The team at Omniconvert are always keen to help and have so much knowledge and experience in growing customer lifetime value.

The product from Omniconvert is excellent, being able to use Reveal for customer data analytics and insights is second to none. The ability to be able to tag customers in Shopify and leverage these tags takes the product to the next level.

The service from the Omniconvert team is also superb, they are responsive and supportive - always happy to help, checking in to make sure any questions you have are completely resolved.

They are good at selling their product, but when it comes to the actual performance, it's very laggy and lacks some of the key features. Oh and the best part for Explore is that they charge the same amount for an a/b test and a pop-up, which is crazy

Good, but not great. There are some problems that other a/b testing tools don't have, like they consider a link with UTM parameters a completely different link. Other tools 'understand' that this is the same page. You have to double check everything

We had a pretty bad experience with their customer support and the product in general. Our tech team did an obvious mistake during the integration, but we had to figure out the problems ourselves as Omniconvert didn't help, even though they said multiple times that they checked everything and it was fine.
This ruined our experience and trust in the product.

The product lacks some extra features that we wanted to see and the customer support is not that great, but price/product ratio is still pretty great
