Easily the worst software ever made.

I have been using Omen gaming hub by force not by choice for 3 years. Useless is an understatement. I have it for one reason fan control. Its extremely heavy uses tons of CPU and GPU processing power yet it didn't even give any real control over fan just all or nothing you choose max you get a constant jet engine sound nobody wants you choose anything else your cpu and gpu temps go nuclear. But with their newest updates this past year its gotten lightyears worse they removed any control over fans completely and made it even heavier. TRUST ME. DO NOT BUY AN OMEN MACHINE AND AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS!! THERE ARE DECENT OPTIONS THAT CRUSH THIS TRASH. I AM 2000 USD IN TOO DEEP NEVER GETTING THAT MONEY BACK.

Have an omen laptop that has been going strong now for many years (as in I can't even remember how old it is). Never had a device last this long and still plays new games. 10/10 for sheer reliability.

Very bad experience with a gaming…

Very bad experience with a gaming laptop that costs 1,800$+. after few months mid use it just shutdown on me and support just didn't do anything to fix it at all. I took it to a local shop close by and it turns out to be a capacitor that failed. How come an entire company can't fix their products under warranty?
Please do yourself a massive favor and stay away from their products, you will get better experience to your hard earned money elsewhere.

Omen is bad

They take far too long to ship out things that you have bought- I still haven’t received my item and it’s been so long

Defect Omen Desktop / no HP or Omen response

My Omen desktop was delivered with a defect. After appr. 6 month of repairing process, I was not able to support Omen and HP anymore with further reparation loops (same issue was tackled many times...).
I cancelled the contract after the failed repairing process, but until now no response from HP or Omen.
Really bad customer experience for a desktop > 2.500 EUR ...
I would recommend everyone not buying at HP / Omen
