This was my second order
This was my second order. The delivery took a bit longer than usual this time, but after contacting customer service I was informed that there was a delay at the supplier. They explained the situation clearly and confirmed that the order would be collected on the next working day. Overall, communication was good and the issue was handled properly.

You are correct that you placed your order on January 23rd. Unfortunately, during the past week we experienced an unexpected issue with UPS, where multiple parcels were either not scanned correctly or had delayed tracking updates. This affected several orders, including yours.
As already explained to you via email, we did not want to make you wait any longer. Your replacement order has already been prepared and packed, and it will be collected by UPS on the next working day. You will automatically receive updated tracking information once the pickup scan is completed.
We fully understand your disappointment, especially given the waiting time, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively working with UPS to prevent this from happening again.

Found out them totally randomly and gave it a try. From the first message I had very good feeling about them- message response always fast, delivery’s 3-5 days is EU. Last delivery we took with express and I had my package in 2 days on hand.
