Whilst I'm happy to continue to receive emails to remind me of the monthly draws, I don't want to receive emails reminding me to review Omaze. Will you please remove me from this list.

I have requested that you do this numerous times in the past and your usual response is to point me in the direction of customer support. I do not have the time/inclination to do this.

The ease of getting a ticket monthly and they let you know if your numbers cone up.

Hard to give a rating over a prize draw. Maybe a bit on the expensive size and lures you in with stunning properties. On a subscription but may cancel.

I find the company is doing amazing charitable work, having a small input through your competition really made me feel like I was contributing towards something helpful to others thank you for the experience

There is no way i would do omaze. I think it doesnt appeal and what a waste of money gambling.

well i have not won yet but i live in hope that i will, as compettiotions god its pretty good value considering the prizes on offer for your subscription money, which by the way is the best way to play. website is easy to use you can see what you're getting for your money and always a charity benefits so all in all its a good thing to do, likely much better odds than playing the lottery.

Very expensive

Omaze customer service was excellent when I had some issues with my email address and subscriptions. The team sorted everything out quickly with kindness, patience and clear communication. Really appreciated how helpful and understanding they were throughout the process.

Very simple to purchase and for a very good cause. Only complaint I haven’t won yet!

I've had a account with them for many years, some time ago I friend got ill, cancer so I had things to deal with so I signed up to a monthly fee to play, yesterday I logged in, just checking what's what and I stumbled upon a page that says I won 2 prizes last year, they had expired, I emailed the company as I was so angry, got know where, so I said I do not trust you, so closed my account so they couldn't take any more money from me, still asking why they had not contacted me about my wins, was then told account closed, no more information, I also noted that my phone number was missing off my profile even though you had to put one down when you open a account, am now taking legal action.

I’m not going to use them again

Only thing you win is a process increase!
